Great location! Valet parking $46 a day. Very convenient but be prepared for charge. Nice bar! Felt very safe in area, two ladies traveling.

I loved the home style atmospher

Decent enough hotel. Only gripes…the AC was not powerful enough for that Texas heat. The valet service wasn’t the most convenient, especially since it was $50 a day.

The stay, overall, was nice. Valet is $49/day or you can self park and pay the cost of the parking garage. The fridge in my room was broken and they brought another one up right away and replaced it. You can request service on the Marriott app which is convenient. We requested extra towels and it took about 20 minutes for them to bring them which was not bad at all. There also wasn’t a microwave in the room, you had to go to a different floor and use it. The only thing I didn’t care for was the multiple debits and credits for the stay on my credit card. I’m not sure what that was about. I’ve never experienced that before from any other hotel and I stay at different hotels multiple times a month. The multiple charges did fall off after 2 business days but I still do not understand the reason. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant and I would definitely return.

Hotel is nice property wise & staff. But It’s on the edge of downtown and a rough neighborhood, you could hear gunshots from the distance in the middle of the night. The staff kindly warned us not to go on that direction on the evening.

We came in for a long weekend to Dallas, wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Special shout out to Justine at the front desk who was above and beyond top notch and Rick, who manages the restaurant attached, he gave us a personal history lesson onnDallas, where to go and when. He also knew that we were there for the Stevie Nicks concert and magically played my favorite song every time we came in to eat, what a guy!!! Its a very cool place with a record player in each room and an extensive library of records you can request at the front desk.. very walkable to all districts and super clean.. 10 out of 10 would recomend

Great stay!

It was a bit confusing for parking but besides that it was a beautiful stay wonderful hotel & staff.

Room was nice had a corner room all you see is buildings around you but it’s still comfortable. Prepare to wake up the next morning with an extra $100 charge for incidentals that will be refunded. I’ve not had that happen and may have missed any notification about the possibility. Great stay though and the staff were amazing.

Staff is terrible.

The beds pillows and bedding were mediocre. The shower was very poorly designed. No matter where I positioned the shower head, water went out of the open shower and soaked the floor and towels. Hot water was hit or miss making the shower without door even colder. The cable was out on my floor and several others for the duration of my stay. Finally, although the elevators are plenty big enough to hold 8-10 people, the staff only allowed four people at a time to ride. This created a backup in the lobby of people waiting. Sometimes this was enforced, sometimes not. One day a hotel employee yelled at me to get off the elevator as there were already four people on board. The next morning, there were four of us in an elevator and a housekeeping employee pulled her cart right onto the elevator with us. Why is this arbitrary rule in place? It’s 2024, design an elevator that can properly accommodate its capacity. Weird! The hotel design was beautiful with lots of fun touches. The staff was average.

For the price of the hotel it’s not worth the stay

Hotel was generally clean. A very strong weed smell in the room and hallway.

A lot of noise throughout the night even with ear plugs on. Bathroom was running during our stay. Nice customer service at front desk and valet. Would recommend hotel updates lighting in corridors and rooms.

Really nice room, and super quiet! Beautiful room too, reminded me of a nyc city view apartment! The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely book this place again if I return to Dallas. The only thing is I felt bad for the valet guys though being outside the entire time in the rainy cold weather, I feel like they should get built a small window station where they can have some shelter from the weather.

Overall excellent service and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good location. The only thing however, is the second elevator from the left gave my friend and I a heart attack. Upon pressing the button, it did not fully light up, the elevator stopped, then slowly ascended up to floor 17 (we had pressed 7) and stopped again. Nightmare scenario. Fortunately someone pressed the down button on floor 17 and we got out. No issues with the other elevators and my only complaint.

We left our car with valet, and when it was brought back to us the next morning the back of my Lexus was wrecked. It was obvious the valet backed into something due to there being zero paint on my car. “No cameras were working” “we rent our parking spots from a public garage” were responses we got- however we left my car in their care and it was returned wrecked.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The valet parking was excellent. The hotel itself was beautiful. The lounge area was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our room was very clean with upscale amenities. The area around the hotel was lovely and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The hotel bar was cozy and the staff was great. If I have an opportunity to visit this area again I will definitely choose to stay here.
