Will definitely be booking this unit again. It is extremely clean, has a closet of sand toys, chairs, cooler, etc. stuff you don’t want to bring on a plane but need down there. All of the linens, towels, etc. were good quality. The beds were comfortable. The parking spot and unit is right by the elevator. Awesome view and easy walk to beach, pool, and other fun places. Can’t wait to return!

Truly enjoyed the house, views and location. Plenty to walk to when not enjoying beach. Had all the comforts of home.

We were looking for a comfortable, convenient, close to the beach getaway. The location is perfect. The beach was close & not public so it was not overcrowded at all. The unit had everything we needed it terms of amenities & had a great view of the ocean. We would definitely go back there again.

We loved our time here. The room was clean, beds were very comfy and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach, including chairs, sand toys, cooler, etc. We will definitely look to stay in this unit again. 5 Stars!

Nice place, short walk to the beach, nice tiki bar, beach chairs and cooler was a plus. Place was just as advertised and we would stay again.

Everything was perfect. The condo was a great location and had been nicely upgraded. The owner has included many extras to make the vacation perfect! The view was amazing! Thanks for a lovely vacation!

We stayed with our young adult kids, and it was pretty impressive. The pullout couch bed was comfortable for the two girls and the bedroom beds were very comfortable. Slept great. The view was amazing-5 star sunsets from the master room and living room porch! Also, the vicinity to the beach and the boardwalk and restaurants was great. We wouldn’t have even needed a car. However, to get farther north up to Madeira, Indian rocks having a car was nice. Pool was clean and loved the cafe (loved our quick breakfast and bloody Mary’s before hitting the beach) and tiki bar on property. Management was super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Pool and hot tub were great. We had some cold weather and both were heated to offset the cold. My husband thought gym was good to work out in every morning. Bartenders at bar would come around pool and offer to bring out drinks.

Great location, great views, beautiful beach, loved the tiki bar, and everyone around it, we were close to everything and would stay here again.

Awesome condo! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. One negative for us would have been pillows, they were very hard.

We were so impressed with the extras in this unit. The little things like beach chairs and toys. Start up Kcups and household products. We also had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great, quiet location. Sunset Vistas is a very nice property; the kiddie pool is a nice touch that few other properties in the area provide. The unit itself is clean with all the essentials including everything needed for the beach. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works well. The view from the balcony is perfect but one of the sliding doors in the living room needs repair because it doesn't lock which isn't great when you have a toddler. Overall I would absolutely stay here again.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about this unit. First of all, what you see is exactly what you get! The furniture such as beds and couches were comfortable and clean. The sheets on the beds were so soft. The unit had everything you would need for your vacation from beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo/conditioner and even body wash. There were two umbrellas for guests to use as well as kids’ beach toys. The view from the balcony was amazing and the breath taking views of the sunsets finished off each day perfectly. Check in was contactless, smooth, and very easy. The location of the unit is centralized in that you could walk to John’s Pass if you wanted to as well as walk to shops, ice cream parlors, and other restaurants. The grounds of the resort, pools, tiki bar, and cafe were all very clean.

We had a great time staying here. We liked the location and the room was very clean. The only thing I wish there was, was more nice beach chairs and an umbrella. We had a great time and would stay again.

We just had a 4 night stay. The place met all our needs. The location and price were just what we needed. Very easy to communicate with manger/owner when we had little questions. We wish the frig had filtered water, all other needs were met exceeded expectations

We loved this condo! Very clean and close to the beach! Two 16 year olds and their mothers… couldn’t have asked for a better place. Not too busy, but close enough to rent a golf cart and get to restaurants and John’s Pass! Highly recommend 507N! Thank you for a great place to stay!

The views from the balcony were amazing. Staff at the beach bar were professional, yet very fun and engaging. Pool areas were maintained very well. No trash or debris anywhere. Ample parking and felt my vehicle was safe. The condo is well stocked with everything one could think of, especially the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My friends and I rented out this beach condo for a weekend and it was everything we could've asked for. Upon arriving, everything was very clean and in its place. The condo faces the beach with a beautiful view and is very convenient with all of the amenities like a parking space, a pool, beach access, and being walking distance to John's Pass.

We stayed here after family wedding and condo was beautiful clean and tastefully decorated with absolutely every you would need for a beach vacation. Sunsets were gorgeous
