The house was gorgeous and very clean with lots of little extras that made the stay more convenient... and the view is incredible! Tonya was so helpful and had all kinds of recommendations for what to do and where to eat. We were on vacation with friends and family and our kids asked to go back to the house to hang out more than once. We felt so welcomed the entire time. Definitely will be back!!

Green Caye was amazing!!! Absolutely beautiful, so easy to find, and an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. Close to Christainsted but not too close. The home, itself, is beyond beautiful!!! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation was there. Tonya, the owner, was incredible. She was extremely responsive, had great suggestions, and was really interested in supporting our wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay again!

Beautiful well kept property in great part of island. Large family gatherings area with great views. Couldn’t of been a more perfect place to vacation with family or friends.

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip of 6 women. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious with amazing views. Tanya lives on site and was very helpful in suggestions and a ride to the airport for some of us leaving later than the rest. A car is a must to get to most beaches and town. There are a few swimmable beaches within walking distance depending on the surf but recommend Bungalows on the Bay beach which has chairs, a beach bar and a swimming area. We highly recommend this house for your stay!

This home was everything we expected; beautiful, spacious, with stunning views. Tonya, our hostess was wonderful! She gave us great tips on local hot spots and was very accommodating to us having the best time!

From the moment we walked in the front door we were blown away by this property. I literally gasped when I saw the views. Tonya is pleasant and quick to respond, and her house is immaculately cleaned. We sincerely enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to rent again on future trips!

My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The home was very accessible for my mother who is in a wheelchair as everything was on one level. The view was amazing and being able to hear the ocean at night could not be beat. There was plenty of space to gather and we were very comfortable with a group of six. Tonya was an outstanding host was always available if we needed anything. There was a guide she had put together that had several beach and restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of. I will definitely stay here for any future visits!

The home was beautiful with exceptional Ocean views. My daughter, son-in-law and our two grandchildren shared the home for a week with my wife and me. Our family was visiting the island for our other daughters’ wedding and could not have selected a better place to stay. John, the caretaker was very friendly and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a beautiful four bedroom home on Saint Croix, we highly recommend staying at this beautiful residence, of course that is unless it is going to be during one of the weeks when we all want to return to soak up some more of that Caribbean sun!

There are just not enough words to say how much we loved our experience with not only this property, but John! My husband and I along with another couple just got back from our amazing 8 days at this beautiful property. My husband and I own a few vacation properties, so our expectations of cleanliness and property management are pretty high. I can say if you pick this property you will NOT be disappointed in any way! John was always extremely quick to answer any questions and was very organized and prepared with instructions for everything. He met us at the property when we first got there and showed us around and told us about all the great spots. He put together a fantastic book filled with all the things you should know about the house and site seeing in the area. He directed us to one of the best boat days we've had in the Caribbean, told us about all the best beaches and had a list of some amazing restaurants. He instructed us ahead of time of all the restaurants we needed reservations at and Im glad he did. The house......oh the HOUSE! We arrived to awesome music welcoming us. When the beautiful wooden doors opened I couldn't help but gasp at the amazing site! Pictures don't do this house justice. Its spacious and beautifully decorated. Every morning was spend looking out at the beautiful ocean views and every night was spend listening as the waves lulled you to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could need. Everything was impeccably spotless. The beds were cozy and the linens were luxurious. Every thought was put into making sure you have all the comforts of home. We all had an amazing time and won't stay anywhere else when we return. I promise this house and its manager will put a huge smile on your face and your heart. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer or take John with us to run our properties. Thanks for being our favorite host John. You and your house were amazing! Till next time....

The house is beautiful. It has a very roomy open concept and the doors open to the seaside letting in beautiful views and the wonderful breeze. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils. All were in great condition. The house was very clean and well maintained. It is in a good neighborhood and within easy driving distance to all beaches, restaurants and markets. The property manager John resides on the property (very unobtrusively) and is very responsive to text queries. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on either side of the common living space with one shared bathroom on each side between the 2 bedrooms. We were a family of six with 2 singles and 2 couples. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked fine for us. The dining room table seats 10 so we had plenty of room. John met us at the house when we arrived, communication with him was consistently excellent. He showed us around, explained the hows and whys and had a book prepared to refer to. We had a wonderful stay in St Croix; this property is excellent and was a definite plus. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family net at Green Cay with Envy for our holiday get together and enjoyed the lovely house. It met all our needs and was very comfortable. The location is great as well, close to town but away from the crowds. Thanks for letting us stay!

July 2021 family vacation was perfect! Green Cay with Envy is more beautiful than the photos and had everything we needed to feel at home. John is the best host! He met us at the property and answered our questions and was available whenever we needed anything. Swimming with sea turtles on nearby Shoys beach was a vacation highlight. This home has incredible views of Buck Island and we enjoyed watching the sailboats from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

My group of four had a wonderful time at Green Can with Envy. Each interaction with John, from booking the property through arrival was professional, courteous and organized. He provided us with guidance on rental car companies, restaurants and the general area prior to our arrival. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The house was immaculate and looked even better than the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped with mosts of the items that you would need to create a meal. The views of the sea were breathtaking. The only issue that caught us off guard were the food prices in the area. Grocery store prices were considerably higher than the main land. I would highly recommend Green Can with Envy as a home away from home in St. Croix.

Green Cay With Envy provided a wonderful space for our family to unwind and relax. Our host, John, was amazing!! He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and well appointed with a breathtaking view. It had just about everything we needed. We appreciated the beach equipment and suggestions about where to go. This was truly the perfect place to relax. We were not able to participate in some activities on the island because advanced booking was required but there was still plenty to explore. St. Croix affords you the option of a different beach experience everyday. Thank you for hosting us. We hope to see you again!

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at Green Cay With Envy. We met John when we first arrived at the property and the instant connection was as if we knew each other. His personality and energy was very welcoming. It was definitely home-away-from -home. John was available at all times throughout our trip. The view from the deck/balcony was everything. The house was fully equipped with everything you could think of. Everything about the house was just as described. Thank you John for being such a great host.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family trip, you could walk to a beach in less than 5 minutes and were within 15 minutes of downtown. John was incredibly helpful and easy to contact. One day we had a small problem at the house and before we even knew there was an issue John had it fixed. John is also an expert in the area and is full of great recommendations and tips. If we went back to St. Croix we would not hesitate to stay in this house again.

From the photos on the website, I thought that this property was already beautiful, but when we walked in I feel that the entire group was impressed by not only by how much the property resembled the photos but how comfortable and warm it felt. For the time that we were there, we always felt the excitement of being on vacation mixed with the comfort of feeling at home. Also appreciate small details, like condiments in the cabinet and beach gear. Appreciate all the care that John put into it!

This property looks exactly like the stunning photos. Beautiful open indoor space and outdoor balconies overlooking the sea. Not only that, but it has EVERYTHING you need for an awesome stay. We love cooking and this kitchen had excellent equipment which is rare in a rental. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler made enjoying the island easy. Just pack up your snorkel gear and enjoy!

John was a excellent caretaker, he was available whenever we needed him and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the trip!

John was excellent at communicating and waited up late for us to arrive. He helped with all questions we had during our stay. The house was spacious and spotless for 6 adults and was stocked with everything we needed. The deck had a beautiful view of the sea and was a great space to relax in the evenings. There ate a couple beaches just a short walk from the house. It was a perfect place for us and hope to return someday!

This was the greatest property! Even better than expected. Plenty of room, beautiful view, and beautiful furnishings. I would stay here over and over!!!! John was also great to work with. Best house ever!

We spent Christmas in St. Croix with our family. We were so lucky to have found this property! It was so amazing! The house was beautiful and clean.
