Location perfect. Property has fantastic atmosphere.. quirky , quaint and very cosy. Very clean , kitchen facilities good, garden lovely to sit in

There is nothing not to love. Only comment would be maybe a note as to which lock on the front door the key fits. ( if I missed the instructions sorry) There are 3 locks and the key fits the top one. My first attempt was the middle one and the key got stuck. Took a while to get it out.

We had a lovely time. Great location. Really enjoyed the local walks and the nearby pubs in brockenhurst.

An absolutely charming property in an excellent location, with plenty to do and see. The parkland itself was gorgeous and it was lovely and peaceful most of the time. Great proximity to pubs and beaches too!

Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with an upgrade, although it didn't impact on how much we enjoyed our stay. It was a shame about the loud party at the house across the road on the first night of our stay, but that had nothing to do with the accommodation or our hosts!

The location was perfect the exterior of the property outstanding entrance gate heavy and awkward interior furnishings in lounge and dining room requires some repairs and updating

Lack of basic things - no coffee / sugar or cooking oil. As a place you would want to stay you'd think these basic elements would be there. Towels provided were quite small

Beautiful cozy accommodation in wonderfully rural setting, yet very close to the village of Brockenhurst and all its amenities

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable but it was also exceedingly humid overnight which also didn’t help (and has nothing to do with the accommodation obviously)
