Clean, well equipped

A lovely cottage, very clean, very well furnished, well heated and comfy beddings. The fire place with logs is greatly appreciated.

The location was perfect, the wildlife in surrounding area was amazing. The cottage had everything you needed, the beds were so comfy after a days walking and exploring. I would certainly book again.

The grass in the garden was long, could of been mowed, bit hard for the dog to run round and had to watch where she went, to clear up . But that was my only issue.

The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious and had everything right down to clips for food bags and clingfilm etc. Thank you very much for the lovely bottle of bubbles, that was very much enjoyed. The rooms were decorated in a homely way and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern. The garden was huge and a wonderful place to relax in and the kids to burn off some energy. The cottage was next to the campsite, which you can walk through to access the new forest. Such a beautiful area to walk or cycle in. The cottage was 5 minutes drive to centre of Brockenhurst, which has lots of f&b, supermarket and shops to explore.

No complaints

The location was peaceful and a short walk into the forest. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and it was cosy and comfy. Bedding, towels and kitchen equipment were of a high quality. There were games, books and jigsaws. Hand wash at every sink. A welcoming bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch.

The only thing we would have liked is a rail/banister at the very top of the stairs
