We loved the location. Wonderful access to many great restaurants and the Sea Wall walk was great! Close to Granville Island via the Sea Bus. The deck is very small. The check in procedure gave me a bit of anxiety as I’m not used to city traffic, but we made our way. Rooms were small but comfortable. Would recommend this property on location alone.

It is an older place. The parking stall is small width wise. We were there for an appointment. The host was great and responsive and timely for anything.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, spacious and the host communicated amazingly. The only drawback was the parking stall was very tight and we were driving a large vehicle. Had we known it was a small stall, we would have driven a smaller car.

Great communication with host. Awesome location near city core and right by the beach. Awesome views from the deck and the rooftop. Was super windy when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub but still loved the place. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this location for 4 people. Communication with the owner was excellent and timely. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented a car and also appreciated having the onsite parking. Key pick up is a little different but worked well. If you have a car I would suggest parking temporarily on Hornby St about 1/2 block from the Seven Eleven. You will need to stop there to pick up the keys before going to the Condo. The neighborhood is safe and we enjoyed walking on the trail near the condo, it goes along the inlet. I would definitely stay here again if in Vancouver again.

Great place for a weekend getaway to Vancouver! Walking distance to everything, but the underground parking was very welcome. Will stay again!

Love the location, fairly walkable to several restaurants and sites. Great little apartment, city views all around, well furnished, and worked well for four adults. Tetyana was super responsive and helpful. Would visit again next time I’m in the Vancouver area.

Everything was great. Great location, clean, fully stocked, views, washer/dryer was awesome, in and out and parking was great. The condo was very nice. Pros Nearby the waterfront to take a ferry to Grandville Island. Nice places to eat and shop. Clean condo Cons The checkin and checkout process is not convenient. You had to go to a 7 eleven about 1/2 mile away with hardly anywhere to park to get the key. This is very inconvenient. There is a portable AC unit in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC.

Clean and comfortable apartment which also has a pretty good location in downtown Vancouver. Very well equipped unit with lots of useful amenities and utilities. Communication was also perfect with owner, they responded very fast to all questions. Would definitely recommend or come again!

This location was perfect! Once we parked our car, we didn’t use it again until check out. Everything is within walking distance or a quick bus or Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

Was heading to Vancouver for work and opted to invite a friend along. We wanted two bedroom, two bath and found this listing which we booked. The photos are accurate and the property worked well for us. Walkable to downtown and good to see the cars, bikes and pedestrians on Pacific. There were neighborhood places to grab good food and when we hit rain coming back from Granville Island, it was great to have the ferry service just 1.5 blocks away. The rain also kept us in for a couple of meals but the well-appointed kitchen allowed us to serve our market finds quite nicely. Would absolutely book again.

it is a long walk for getting the key and returning the key. check-in time after 3 pm and check-out time is 10 in the morning which is making non-sense.

Stayed here with my wife and two small kids. It was a perfect alternative to a hotel for accommodating the kids sleeping arrangements and gave us walkability to everything. The parking location was extremely convenient in his proximity to the elevator to get all of our gear in and out. The unit is very functional and has great views with awesome natural light. My only criticism was the pickup location for accessing the keys. The pickup/drop-off process is very smooth but parking was a challenge. This was only a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in Vancouver a short time and enjoyed the location and neighborhood. The condo was sufficient for our needs and plenty big for 3 people. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was for the logistics and check in process. We never received the information regarding what unit we were renting. The e-mail we received for getting the keys had conflicting information in it and once we got the keys we had no idea what unit to go to. If we had received this information in advance it would have been a seamless process and I would have given it a 4 or 5 star review. Unfortunately due to these challenges we probably won’t return to this unit in the future and can’t give it a higher rating. Hopefully this will be corrected for other guests and you can enjoy this property to the fullest.

We've been visiting various places consistently over the past couple of months, and this is bar none, the best place. The location is fabulous - close to Sunset Beach, the West End, and Yaletown with just a short ferry ride to Granville Island and Kits. The accommodations were even better than shown on the images and above all, the very hospitable host made check-in and out a breeze! JUST PERFECT!!!

Patricia was incredibly accommodating. Pickup and drop of the keys was super simple as well as the location was within 1 minute of the water. Property was cleanly and exactly as pictured and described in the add. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to stay at this location again in the future.
