This was an amazing home for our stay working in Louisville. Clean, comfy, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the back yard atmosphere. I have rented in Louisville for many years and this by far was the best space and and value we have ever booked. Host was uber responsive to our challenges getting the TV to hook up to the internet which ended up being 7 older guys that do not understand technology very well. LOL. Overall a gem in our view.

Stayed with a few couples for Bourbon and Beyond fest. House is really cute and close to restaurants and bars. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the restaurants. Good back yard too. The only negative comment is the second bathroom is in the basement while two of the bedrooms are on top floor. overall very happy with our stay.

Good accommodations and location.

This house was perfect for our annual guy's weekend to Louisville. We have rented homes all over the Midwest and this one by and far was the best. This house included great common areas throughout the house, a great firepit in the back and a front porch to hang out on. Thank you for a great weekend.

Location, location, location! Best place to stay to be close to everything Louisville! Our whole family loved it and we WILL book this place again, next time we visit. Hosts could not have been better and everything was convenient, clean, and perfect for our trip.

Overall, this was a great house for our needs. Two king bedrooms, and two queen bedrooms, with bathrooms on the main floor and in the basement, and the two king bedrooms on the main floor, and the two queens upstairs. The kitchen is small but workable, I would have preferred a few more kitchen implements but we were able to make do. The basement activities are fun to have. We were there during very mild weather but the a/c and mini splits upstairs worked out great. The floor are very squeaky so middle of the night bathroom trips were noisy, so be prepared if you have kids, especially if they have to come down from upstairs. The deck is great and it’s nice to have a code to lock and unlock the front door instead of a key.

The house and beds were very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. We would definitely recommend this house to others. We really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

This was such a cute house in a cute neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and highly walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes. It was clean and well stocked. I would recommend to a friend!

The house was just as described and perfect! Plenty of room. Great location. Terrific condition. Incredibly courteous host. We loved and would book again in an instant.

We had a wonderful time in Louisville and staying at this property provided a wonderful base from which to explore just about anything the city has to offer. The house itself was immaculate and roomy enough for our group of 6. Some further directions about household items (we were never successful in getting the thermostat to turn on and stay on) would have been helpful and we would have appreciated additional soap and similar items in the bathrooms. What we found was not adequate for 6 people staying 3 nights. Folks may also want to know that while the third floor bedrooms are warm and comfortable, there is no bathroom located on that level. To be sure, we very much enjoyed our time, would definitely choose to stay here again, and surely recommend this location to others.

Caitlin was a great host and the property was perfect. It's in a great location on Bardstown rd and the house had plenty of room for our group.

Nicely redone with original charm. Worked great for adult couples large beds (Queen and King) and very comfortable. Only 2 Bathrooms basement and middle floor was a little rough for 10, but not a deal breaker. Close to Bellarmine University and Bardstown Road Restaurants. We walked to both. Uber to 4th street Live $15-$20 We would rent this house again.
