The condo was clean, well kept, nicely furnished in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. Two car garage with a remote controller was a nice surprise.

Loved the property

We enjoyed such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The decor and furnishings were cute. They put a lot of thought into little details like the sound machines in bedrooms and ceiling fan remotes. The condo was well stocked and functional for guests with babies, although I didn't have any babies with me. The house is super clean and well organized. The real beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen had excellent gear and appliances. Conveniently located by the freeway. Lovely community with parks and a pool. The hosts responded quickly. Easy in and out process. The 11am checkout made the morning extra relaxed while trying to get on the road. As for constructive feedback, the futons were inadequate as beds for large children or adults.

Spent two nights. Was in a great location to restaurants, shopping and airport. Clean townhome although the carpets needed cleaned or replaced in the upstairs area. Very dirty. Reached out to host who said they were made aware and would be professionally cleaned. Beds are hard. Cute furniture but if you are "older" they do sit close to ground and not comfortable. Like the coffee amenities and extra towels and blankets. Welcome snack was one small bag of popcorn for 4 guests. Like having garage door access and remote.

Modern 70’s vibe with absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay

We came into town for my son’s graduation and staying here was less expensive than getting two hotel rooms for my mom and I and the accommodations were perfect. It was nice and cool which is always something I worry about coming to Arizona. They had a pool and easy to access information and I had one question and the owner responded right away. I would highly recommend this place.

It was a perfect alternative to a hotel for our stay. Brandon was responsive and helpful in our communications. I look forward to staying here next time I am in town.

Definitely was all it said it would be. So awesome to be able to get up and have coffee and even creamer available. For sure would recommend it to others.

Upon entry to G Town we were pleased with the cleanliness and it smelt great. We loved the decor it make it feel very homey. When we’re traveling we like to feel *at home*. We appreciated the option to be able to do laundry, Netflix was available, and the sleep sounds in the room helped so very much. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home was SO cute with all the cacti decor. It was really aesthetically pleasing! The host Brandon was quick to respond and was able to accommodate our request! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, 2 adult daughters, my infant granddaughter and I stayed here for a wedding in the area. It was such a great place. Everything we needed was stocked. The best part honestly was not having to strip everything. We rushed out to get to family breakfast and leaving the trash in the bins and the towels in the bathroom was such a time saver. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great location, beautifully decorated - Master bedroom is ginormous, could totally put another bed in there! House was regulated on the A/C and it was rather warm in the house when we arrived - you can get in touch with the owners to adjust, but seems like a hassle so we just left and came back when it was cooler outside. Sleeping arrangements were interesting, says it sleeps 6 but I'd be hard pressed to put more than 4 people in this place. We had 5 and one slept on the floor as the "futon" was just not an option. Other than the sleeping arrangements, the place is easily accessible, decorated nice.

G-Town was perfect! The home was very clean and it was equipped with everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!

I stayed at this home with a co-worker for a quick work trip to the area. The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we need and was well organized and labeled. There were extra linens and paper supplies. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood is great. Will stay here again when in town for work.

Nice property

We attended a family gathering in Gilbert and this place was perfect. Not only was the location great for us, especially being close to Agritopia but it was also very clean. There’s nothing better then arriving to a place so we’ll taken care of and welcoming. I recommend this home if anyone is staying in the Gilbert area.

This property was a great location close to Bell Bank park, restaurants etc. very clean, very cute office area, and very communicative host!
