Great property and great location

We would absolutely stay here again. Very nice condo in a perfect location

Condo was acceptable. Accuracy of listing was not accurate. Stated that minor construction was being done by HOA. It was NOT minor construction. Difficulties accessing the parking area on some days. Pool for closed for two days of six days stay. The elevator did not work the entire stay except for the first day. We were on the fourth floor and two of us had a lot of difficulties with stairs. The master bathroom tub had mold that had been covered with grout which was gross and broken master bathroom cabinet. Based on these issues, I felt that we should receive restitution but they would not discuss it. Also stated that there was a boat dock but didn't advise of the fee of $80 to launch your boat. No place to put trailer and had to rent a spot.

Overall Great Experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and accommodated our family perfectly. The view of the marina was spectacular and everything was just a short ride away. We would stay here again.

Check in was seamless, apartment was spacious, great location. Kids enjoyed the pool , seeing nurse sharks, tarpins by the dock was a bonus. Close to local beaches. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located - perfectly appointed- accurate descriptions- easy communications. Would return! (The building is old but the condo is fresh!)

Cute nautical theme. Roomy 4 bedroom with bunk space. Lots of towels and the beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Love all the balconies. Sunrise and sunset from all balconies. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed using the pool and grills.

Condo is very spacious. There were 12 adults and we were never cramped. Big bedrooms and walk in closets were a nice bonus. The high ceiling and huge dining room table was amazing. The balcony facing the pool was perfect for sunrises and shade in the afternoons!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were amazing. You're right on the Marina with direct access to excursions and a great restaurant . Don't miss the Tiki Hut sunset cruise right out your door . So much fun! The unit is nice and has everything you need . Lots of room and well laid out . We would definitely go back !
