It was below satisfactory. No value for money.

Asked for a clean towel but never got one.

I liked absolutely nothing at this hotel. Be warmed this is not a 24 hour hotel. I booked for 4 days and was left stranded after informing the hotel of my late arrival. The manager was rude and told me that it was booking.com who made the error.

This hotel is not for people who have late flight arrivals. you will be stranded

The apartment was left in a dirty state. The bedding was smelling off body odour and the whole apartment had a stale musty smell. Would not recommend to anyone I know . Overall dirty and not good. Alot of money for what it was. Staff didn't respond to request as quickly as they should have and kept reminding us this is a service apartment and not a hotel ?? Which is fair enough but the stanard is not worth it
