Todo está muy limpio. Es muy agradable y confortable. Está en una zona muy bien conectada, tranquila y agradable. Hay restaurantes cerca. El personal del hotel es muy eficiente y agradable. Te ayudan mucho y te hacen sentirte en casa. Recomendable 100%

Very kind host!

Very spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. 3 x sitting areas with soft seating upstairs and downstairs. The use of a fully functioning kitchen. Outdoor dinning table and more seating under a verandah for when it rains. Shared bathroom, very clean and toiletries topped up daily. Within easy reach of local buses to many different areas of Colombo. Both Cedric and Anthony couldn't be more welcoming. Cedric is happy to share his wealth of knowledge to guests including excellent recommendations of local food restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great 4 night stay.

Nothing at all to dislike

It was a spacious, quiet, serene, and friendly place. Staff, particularly the chief of them, Cedric, was super proactive from the very next second upon making the booking online. His communications were reassuring, gave the feeling that it's a caring environment. This was reestablished upon checking in.

The location identification for cabs using google maps is confusing at times. But then again it's not the fault of Greenscspe. The access road to the property from Greenlands Avenue is not great, particularly during the rainy season. Siripa lane access is good

Clean and a good area, lots of place nearby. The staff are helpful and polite.

the room was comfy, the staff was super kind and nice, the location worked for us. go out the back entrance, short walk and you have food, coffee, and ample tuk tuks. great affordable price.

the bathroom is private but ours was just outside the room. not a deal breaker for us, and maybe other rooms have bathrooms inside? not sure.

Schönes Zimmer, alles da was man braucht und der Besitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel liegt in schöner Nachbarschaft, Supermarkt & Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zentrum Ist etwa 15 Minuten mit dem TukTuk entfernt.

The room was quite big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big,too and clean. The garden outside was well organised and relaxing. In general the hotel is situated in a silent place. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The air conditioner was a little too noisy, particularly at night, and there were few mold stains in the corner of the room. Maybe the room should have been cleaned more frequently.

The room was clean and designed in a tasteful way. We had hot water in the shower and the bed was comfortable. So basically everything we needed was there :) Very nice and helpful staff.

The property is located in a gorgeous quiet little alley, far from the buzzing street. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. There are also 2 very cute cats :)

My room was located on the ground floor without any outside window, so it smelt a bit damp. The only window opened on the staircase, which isn't great for privacy - I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. My bathroom was located outside my bedroom, which I found a bit annoying and not ideal for privacy. I wished I could have had another room on the first floor.

Cédric is super nice and speaks very good english. He offered us tea and suggested us the best attractions in colombo.
