Absolutely horrendous stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The hotel room had a mildew smell when we arrived, wet/dirty floors and dirty sheets/bedding. I paid for two rooms because we had a large party and the other party left early because they had roaches in the room! I got ONE apology from the manager and that was when we found food in the sofa bed. After that we got no apologies for any other problems that came up. We had our room door left unlocked and open after a "room clean" which meant they just changed the trash and nothing else. We don't know how long the door was unlocked and open for but all.ofmour valuables were in the room. The beds also weren't changed or made with the room clean. The manager told us after we brought their attention to the roaches that we should have just asked for another room or left earlier because there is nothing they could do. I am fuming! I am in touch with corporate and it blows my mind how hard I have to work to get refunded some.of the stay for the horrible experience. If nothing else, the.mold and the roaches.

We did not have hot water. No one cleaned out rooms or replaced towels unless we asked. The laundry facilities not work. Breakfast was not kept up.

I would say average stay at this hotel. A lot of noise in the hotel on the weekend nights, week nights were quiet. Cleanliness was good. Pool was nice and very clean. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

Comfortable and clean enough. Very old furniture and set up. Tv was stuck on one channel.

The staff was super accommodating, the breakfast was very good, and the air conditioner in our room was fantastic! Everything was clean, our only complaint is that the facility needs updating. It's taken a beating and it shows. For example, we had a piece of drywall hanging from our bathroom ceiling, which makes things feel a bit sketchy. However, we were here for the College World Series, so this was the least expensive room we could find ($239/night) in a decent area. If it was a different time of the year, I wouldn't pay more than $100/night.

Property and building rundown and in need of face lift. Carpet sticky and sink in bathroom backed up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Standing water by ice maker and pool entrance. Remote for tv didn't work and staff had to come to room twice before problem finally fixed.

Room was really dusty. We had a pull out bed and the sheets were dirty. There was a t-shirt and a sock under it and a whole taco

Our room was disgusting, nothing worked. Room phone didn't work, internet went out multiple times, air returns and vents in room were full of dust. There was mold on the air vent in bathroom and the freezer on the fridge. There was no service plaqure in the elevator. Seen what looked like a roach crawl across cabinet in breakfast area. The room smelt musky and rank. Definitely taking off my list of places to return to.

Safe, clean, room is in good condition and staffs are nice. You can kind of smell the bleach everywhere outside of the room because of the swimming pool. Other than that, it was worth the price. Definitely will come again and recommend friends and family to stay here.

I think what i enjoyed about this hotel was the clean smelling linen. It smelled fresh out of the dryer! The breakfast was replenished quickly with fresh hot food. Service as needed was prompt with very friendly smiling staff

The toilet was back up when we got there. It over flowed with the first flush. The phone didn’t work to call front desk. Didn’t fix it or clean till next day. We had a 2 night reservation and ended up leaving after first night so wasted our money. Didn’t get refunded.

The carpet was coming up. The flooring around jacuzzi was was coming apart and there was siding/stone missing on the jacuzzi wall. The jacuzzi drain plug was broken and the faucet to the jacuzzi you could pull out. The room smelled nice when you entered but the hotel is fallen apart. There wasn’t a remote to the tv the cable was not working

They don't listen nor clean the rooms!!

The beds were very uncomfortable and the linen was dirty there was fingernail clippings in the sheets. The towel I had had some kind of crust on it and there were stains on the floor.

didn’t like that the room was dirty, walls were scribbled on and had what looked like poop and snot on the walls… floor felt yucky( sticky/ wet).. and we killed bug in the bathroom during the night..and one by the door as we were leaving… horrible… i won’t stay there again…

The beds were comfortable. The carpet looks bad and should be replaced. Cleaning in the bathroom ( especially behind doors and in corners) should be looked at, but that’s something we typically see in hotels though.

The receptionist was very friendly, but it had the overall feeling of unkept. There was layers of dust in the room, dirt clumps, dirty corners, dirty shower walls, but the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. I felt like I was in a developing country. The breakfast was not well serviced, they seem to cut every corner possible with maintenance.

Laundry facilities not working the gym wasn't as advertised in the pictures TV only had one channel inconvenient one slow elevator

Not as good as most Comfort Inns we have been at. Good on the outside, a little rough on the inside. Luckily had to change plans and check out abruptly, but it did illustrate that this specific Comfort Suites needs work. Examples marks covered wall, picture frame in room was broken, and curtain did not close correctly to the window.

The hotel room was unacceptably dirty. We left and sought lodging elsewhere. To the credit of the staff, they did refund the stay.

Staff was great and very friendly! Aso breakfast every morning was delicious.

Front desk staff was friendly. They serve the same thing for breakfast everyday, so for extended stays it gets boring. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Not clean at all had live roaches and dead stuck to walls and had the nerve to push back abouf a refund. We checked out immediately and did not stay.

Stayed here its down the street from where I was working room was good for the price. I will be staying here again

Rooms are dirty. Stains were everywhere on the sheets, curtains, bed, lamp shade. Musty, try to cover up the smell with cleaning supplies but it doesn’t work. I stayed for two days and tried to get more towels so i called front desk. They lady refused to give me new ones without me bringing my old one to the front desk. I didn’t have a problem with giving the old towels my problem was her telling me to bring them to the front.

Room was clean and warm. It had everything we needed at half the price of other Hotels. Would stay again.
