The property was just as described, and just what we were looking for. We were in town to attend a conference at Sea Palms and were literally 5 minutes away. The location couldn't have been better. Plenty of room, plenty of privacy and everything we needed!

The property was awesome! It was clean and spacious. We ended up only having 4 people, but it can easily sleep 11. It would be great for a family. There were no checkout instructions, so we were confused on whether we needed to strip beds/pull towels/trash. We left it clean, so we’re hoping that’s the standard for checkout. There were a few structural issues that pre-existed our stay that should be fixed: gutters were overflowing, one of the trash cans was broken in the kitchen, the upstairs bath didn’t drain well, and the toilet paper holder was disconnected from the wall. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful! Anything you could think of you would need was there. It was spacious and very clean. It was a perfect location for my family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. I am looking forward to going back!

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything we needed. Lovely home, extremely spacious and very comfortable beds.

Great house, neighborhood, lots of space and very dog friendly… lovely fenced yard. Our dog loves the ocean so every year our family tries to stay a few days after Labor Day when dogs are allowed on the beach during the day. It’s a great getaway!

Easy to check in, plenty of room for everyone, and easy in and out!

Nice home

This is a lovely home with a huge kitchen, open eating area and so much seating for everyone to enjoy, the fenced in back yard was an extra bonus that we weren’t even expecting but was much appreciated for our small family shih tzu and toddler to play in. The back and front yards were so well maintained and just lovely to look at with large oak trees which are one of the reasons that our family loves visiting St. Simon’s, so we loved the spacious outdoor areas. We completely enjoyed our stay here and hope to return . We always rent bikes and this has to be one of the most beautiful neighborhoods we have ever stayed in, thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful time and the property was very nice. Neighborhood was impeccable and super quiet. Will be back to stay at this location again.

Loved our stay here!! Perfect for what we needed for a trip to the beach

This was one beautiful place to stay!, Roomy and a fenced in yard. Neighborhood was quiet and scenic. The kitchen was a dream . Only downfall was the kitchen wasn"t equipped with much kitchenware. Could use a few things! I would stay there again!

Pictures don’t show that the back yard is completely fenced in which is great for dog owners. Loved the neighborhood and the home.

We were in town visiting family for the holidays and needed a nice rental to accommodate our family size, which this house fulfilled. First off, the experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Thank you to the team for your quick responses and for making us feel so welcomed. The house was very accommodating and clean. The location, layout and amenities were more than we could have asked for. We look forward to our next stay.

This property is awesome! Me and 3 friends stayed for a weekend to play in a golf tournament. The house is beautiful, well stocked, wifi is great, smart tv has every streaming service you may need. Super quaint neighborhood, 10 minute stroll to bars and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Plantation, Seaside and Retreat courses. Will definitely be staying here again!
