Our extended family stayed at this lovely cabin-inspired home for four days to attend UTK graduation in Knoxville. You cannot beat the comfort, cleanliness and spaciousness of this home for a fun and easy stay. The drive to Knoxville was 40 minutes on the dot, and because it was so crowded and busy over there, we chose to mostly eat and enjoy ourselves in Sevierville. If this rental is in your price range and meets your needs, book it!! You won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Super clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood only a short distance from all the attractions. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 2 small dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations, Great host!!

We stayed a long weekend with a family of 6 adults and 3 kids from ages 2-12. The house was a great location and easy to find especially with directions given by the host. All the kids had a blast. The house has a nice large living space where we could all comfortably gather and enough bedrooms and space where we could also spread out. The house was very clean and supplied the essentials which was also very nice. Martin was super easy to work with and very responsive with any questions. He also gave a great guide to the house and surrounding areas the week of check in. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

House was great but on a hill where several children slipped and fell just playing right outside the home. Lots of homes being constructed in the neighborhood so lots of work vehicles and not safe for kids being right outside the home. A very noisy dumpster service happened at 3am 😳 On several nights. The walls are thin so you can hear conversation in the next rooms.

Beautiful house! Very close to the convention center and the owner communicated extremely well and made everything easy! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

This was my very first time booking with this host and it sure as hell won’t be the last! Everything about the place, from cleanliness to entertaining to comfort is the bomb. It checked off every box me and my group of friends wanted from a place to stay. Martin also send a guide with everything you need to know about the spot, so we weren’t stuck waiting to check in or for a reply. Love, love, LOVE this place!

Our extended family of 12 just returned from our stay in Sevierville, TN. Our host, Martin, was very quick to communicate and answer all of the questions I had before booking and during our stay. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We found the location to be very convenient for all of the activities that we wanted to do in the area. We would definitely consider renting this cabin again in the future. Great memories were made!

We decided to do a Christmas vacation with our kids and grandchildren. The layout was perfect, each family had their own full size bathroom. The air hockey table was a big hit with our grandson. The dining table is the perfect size to play card games, dominos, ect, The location is very convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean. Martin, the host, was very fast at answering all of my questions before and after we booked. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this cabin again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay everything was as described in the listing. The house was very clean and spacious.

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, beds comfortable, game room, hot tub, great location, etc. They are still building cabins so there is construction on site. But all the construction guys were so nice. They even waved to the grandkids when we were FaceTiming. An all round wonderful experience.

Nice place in a convenient location. Enjoyed the stay, would rent again.

The house is roomy and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and game room. There is currently a house being built two doors down and that crew was a little loud early in the mornings, but that won’t be an issue for too much longer. Overall a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay with our extended family members (12 people total). The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us.

House was perfect for what we needed. The house was spotless with everything we needed. Listing was exactly what the place was like along with good location with plenty of parking for what we needed. Check in and out were very simple as well. Would recommend

We loved this cabin! It was a great place to stay! It was clean, spacious, and it was in a good location. The property manager was fantastic and communicated with us regularly.

Nice & cleab. New still smelled like wood. It is on the same road Dollywood entrance is on, so you avoid the Piegon Forge traffic which was so nice especially when you are tired from being at the park all day & want to relax. The games are great. The kids had fun. I would highly recommend staying here. I will also tell my friends too. Martin gave very clear instructions & was very nice. Everything was very organized & clear. It makes it more relaxing when you don't have to worry about things with the house.

This was a great place for our extended family of 10 to stay. Super clean when we arrived. Check in was super easy. Not being familiar with Sevierville, we didn't realize how convenient the location was until we were there. We've never stayed at a location that was so reasonable in preparation for checking out -- we had to do a few things, but nothing over the top. Thanks, Martin! We would definitely stay here again if vacationing in Sevierville!

Martin was a terrific host and was quick to answer questions and provide accurate check in and check out communications. The house is located in the Timeless resort - new construction but perfect location. We were close enough to all things in Pigeon Forge but were able to avoid driving too far in the parkway traffic. The setup of the house allowed plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and our small dog. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for family game nights as well as the air hockey table and Pac-man arcade game. While the temperatures were in the 90s we still enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night. The beds and living room/game room furniture were very comfortable (including the sleeper sofa). Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Martin was wonderful and communicated well regarding the check in and check out, responded immediately to queries. The cabin is very comfortable, clean and the air hockey and games were great specially with the one day of rain. Away from the craziness of Gatlinburg but still close and Pigeon Forge 5 minutes away. Highly recommend

It was a great place to stay. Outside of the bedding needing updates, the place was clean and fun.

We had a great time staying in this cabin. A great location to avoid most of the Pigeon Forge traffic. The cabin is spacious and clean. Perfect size for our family to have their own space. Great communication with our host with all the details. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern, new cabin feel. Loved that we could seat our group of 10 around dining table without difficulty--a must for game night! Bedroom/bath configuration very convenient. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking, baking, serving. Neighborhood still under construction, but no disruptive noise. Martin is a terrible host!

We were very happy with this property and our stay. The home is very clean, lots of space and it was only a 10 - 15 minute drive from all of the places we wanted to visit. Martin was an excellent host and provided all necessary information in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was spacious and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group of 8 adults. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and living room spaces were inviting for both dinner conversation and rainy day board game marathons. Game room and hot tub were great to have.

Great place to stay. Close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. New construction home, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Host was super helpful and quick to respond. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was not up to temperature when we got there which we were disappointed about, but a quick message was send to maintenance and they came out the next day while we were at Dollywood and we enjoyed the hot tub both evenings after long days at the park. Downfall was we weren’t able to use it our first nights stay, but it was promptly fixed. Other then that, it was perfect.
