This property had ample amt of space for our family and a great location on table rock lake. We pulled out a blanket that someone must have used as a dog bed bc it was covered in pet hair and the towels had a smokey smell to them and all of the pillows were flat as a pancake.

Great location and size for the price! Our adult children had plenty of room and privacy. The balcony with the view of the lake was great. Silver Dollar City was minutes down the road. Will stay here again!

The pictures do not do this property justice when it comes to the view of the lake. It was beautiful. Just a short walk down to it so we bought some inflatables at the nearby Walmart and plopped right there. The pool wasn't far either and the kids enjoyed that as well. The condo has everything you would ever need - plenty of towels, bedding, paper towels, soaps, crockpot etc etc. The location was very close to Silver Dollar City and boat rentals where we would spend most of our days on the lake. We really enjoyed our time here and sitting on the deck in the evenings was just spectacular. Thank you!

The owner was super to work with, very accommodating, with my party size changing. The condo was fabulous, plenty of space. The kitchen was really stocked with equipment, the most I've ever seen. My husband is a chef, so uses alot of items. There were most all available. Loved having the separated upstairs living area with the extra TV. The view was amazing. The railing made me a bit nervous, it wiggles a little, but I didn't plan on leaning on it anyways. We sat at the table one evening and watched the sunset on the lake, so beautiful. It was convenient to attractions and town without being in the middle of madness. Loved the location. Thanks for a great vacation.

Overall property was great. Would have given 4.5 stars but it was not an option. Little things could have been better but the owner may not have been aware of the issues when we arrived. I did reach out to Randy, the owner, about a WiFi issue and he responded in less than 12 hours giving us another way to access it, no problem after that. Kitchen could have been cleaner but definitely not filthy, perhaps just a few minutes longer by the cleaning crew. The outdoor grill did not work, would only go up to 200 degrees so we were not able to cook out but we improvised. Washer & Dryer, fridge and dishwasher made the stay even better because we were able to use them at night so we could maximize our play time. Also I may not have seen it on the listing but the unit had a playpen and high chair which made it perfect for my granddaughter who joined us on the trip. Overall great place to stay and what a view!!! We would definitely stay there again if it was available. Thanks Randy!!

This condo offers a great view of the lake and was perfect for my family. The pool was closed during our stay and we were made aware of it the morning we arrived but that was the only negative. Overall, a good experience and we will stay here again.

Loved this condo! It was clean, plenty of space for our family. Balcony was big enough for all of us to enjoy! Master bed was very comfy. Definitely would recomend to anyone. The complex is also very quiet compared to other places we have stayed. Condo just "felt" relaxed and welcoming! Pool was closed when we went so my adult kids were disappointed with that but things happen. We still enjoyed every minute!

Overall, a very good stay. The property listing is very accurate. Only minor quibble is some of the remotes for the TVs needed new batteries, were worn out and a couple of the cable signals were a little weak at times. There was more than enough TVs for our group so this was not an issue for us but might be for larger groups. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and would go again in the future.

It was the perfect place for our holiday trip to Branson. The condo had everything we needed and was super comfortable with gorgeous views of the lake. The hosts were very informative and helpful. We just hope to be able to go back sometime!

This condo was the perfect location for going to see the lights at Silver Dollar City. There were 7 adults and the accommodations were perfect. We are senior citizens and not too tech savvy so the lock pass code check in was a little challenging but should have read the instructions better! We definitely would like to come back.

Had no issues with property with the exception of the stairs. Stairs to upper bedrooms are slick and easy to fall down. Had two in my party slip down the stairs. Thank goodness there was nothing more than a few bruises. Carpet needs replacing on the stairs. Bedrooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay. Finishing touches such as shampoo and soap were nice. Towels were large and soft. Would recommend to friends.

What a fabulous condo in a quit location!

The place was easy to find but finding the correct building & unit was a little more difficult because you go around some sharp, steep curves without a map was a bit challenging. The view from the balcony was Amazing! The unit was clean, spacious & had most everything we needed. The washing machine was not working so we used the condo guest laundry (which is 1 machine by the pool). There was a sign on another door that said guest laundry & it was open from 8am-12 but was locked when we tried to use it. I asked at the office & the lady was a bit rude & finally informed me that laundry was for towel exchange only & the unit I was staying in did not offer that. The only other issue with the place was the air conditioner was freezing up & not working. I did email the owner after we left & they said they would have someone look at it again. Otherwise the place was spacious for our family & there was even some shampoo & soap in the bathroom like hotels which I thought was very gracious. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The home is a little dated but overall it was great. Bedrooms were large with dressers in all and closets in almost all of them. The Kitchen was small but very well stocked, just could fit a lot of people in there for cooking etc..The deck was amazing! Loved having morning coffee out there. I would say that the only down fall was the layout of the living room and the sofa bed in the living room. It was hard to sit down and enjoy a movie with the layout and the sofa bed in the living room when pulled out on the first night had crumbs and food wrappers, my guess from people sitting on it. However the bed itself was broken and hard to get out and put away, the mattress is also in need of replacing. Lucky it was a teenager sleeping on it but by week's end, he was waking up with a sore back from the bed. Overall though the location is great, the complex is great (didn't get to use the pool, too cold) and the unit was great. We would recommend it and rent it again!!! :)

My group had a really great time. The four bedrooms were perfect and provide privacy for everyone in the group. There were some issues with one shower and the washer was broken, but wasn’t huge issue for our group. We were told they will no longer be offering their boat slip. That unfortunately will make it so we may have to look else where in the future. But if not an issue for other I would suggest this property for groups.

There was plenty of room for everyone and beautiful view of The lake. A larger kitchen would be nice, but who wants to spend all their time in the kitchen??? It was a first time to Branson for some of us. Wonderful memories were made.

Very good, only problem was that the wifi, after first day we could not access. Called the number for assistance and received a recorded message that the owner was out of the country for a week and could not be reached.

We had a great time at this condo! The deck is beautiful and was perfect for watching all of the 4th of July fireworks. We had everything that we needed and were very comfortable here. I really recommend this condo.

After getting used to the "steep" hills when driving (I'm from central IL), I found the location breathtaking. The view from the balcony was a welcome site. The complex was quiet and clean. Getting to Branson and Branson West attractions was easy. There are lots of activities for everyone.

I stayed at this condo with two friends. The condo is very spacious and the location is very convenient if you plan on going to silver dollar city. The view is beautiful. We thought the layout of the condo was very nice and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms so we each had our own. The check in and out was very easy. There is a door code on the door. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows which I always appreciate when places provide those. There is a closet upstairs with some board games. I would definitely stay here again .

It was an ok place! The showers were kind of short, didn't like that the washer/dryer was in the master bedroom, the beds were kind of small for two people, and the stairs were small/steep. Also, couldn't find the dumpsters to put the trash. Other than those things, everything was good. The balcony was nice with a good view of Table Rock Lake.

The condo was great. Very clean. Well stocked. Only negative was wifi and the door code. The password did not work. Luckily my son-in-law was able to figure it out and figure out the TV's. I finally memorized the 10 digit door code because after 3 of us tried to change it to a simpler code, the instructions were too confusing and complicated.

The owner was very quick to respond to every message! The location was perfect and we loved the use of the boat slip for our boat! Table Rock is just beautiful!! Great memories made and a wonderful vacation! Had a couple issues upon arrival with things that needed to be cleaned but they addressed it very quickly.
