Sehr gute Lage mit Tiefgarage. Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr modern. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr hellhörig und uns hätte es gefallen, wenn es noch etwas sauberer gewesen wäre, vor allem der Boden.

Le salon

L'appartement est placé proche d'une rue remplie de sans abris toxicomane. Notre appartement a été ouvert pendant notre absence. Le voisinage lors de notre deuxième jour se droguer devant l'établissement. Le soir, ces voisins hurlaient, tapaient dans leur appartement et une femme pleurait sans cesse. La pièce principale de ces voisins étaient celle directement à côté de la chambre des enfants. Nous avons été obligé de quitter l'établissement le soir même, pour pour notre sécurité alors qu'il nous restait 2 nuits réservées et déja payées. Nous avons demandé remboursement à l'agence qui gère l'établissement, qui a nié complétement ces problèmes et a refusé de trouver un accord, alors que l'appartement était libre pour le lendemain.

All was easy, nice location, great parking garage, big enough for 4 of us, highly recommend.

the apartment was very comfortable with 2 restrooms. 2 bedrooms, 2 TVs with some content provides already connected. A fridge, air condition, free private and secured parking laundry machine in the building and all in waling distance from Hollywood walk of fame.

Understanding the rules of the place - how to park, what code to use for which door etc was confusing. Checking in and out without talking to a person anytime in between is very LA but feels weird.

The customer service helped me for every question we needed, highly recommended. If I have to choose a place to stay in LA it’s gonna be this one!!
