The staff were friendly and helpful.The linen was clean and the duvet covers attractive.

One shared toilet had no seat, the other shared toilet's seat was loose and the toilet leaked water onto the floor.The rooms did not have kettles or coffee, tea, sugar and milk powder.The rooms did not have their own tvs nor their own fridges.The shared bathroom did not have a mirror, making shaving impossible.The one room I was given, even though it had a washbasin, also did not have a mirror to enable shaving. None of the toilets could be locked from the inside .The wood around my first room's door-lock was broken and there was no key to lock the door. For a portion of one day the shared bathroom with toilet could not be used because a workman was doing tiling inside.

Everything was terrible, no signboard, the bad smell in the rooms and bathrooms, bed not comfortable

Nothing as no one ever opened the door for me. I phoned the lady by the name Jackie Naidoo and she told me i never booked. She was not expecting anyone in her place. So i had to book another place again

When i did a follow up the following day, she told me to call Booking.com to refund me. I tried to keep following up she told me she's busy with meetings, I must call Booking.com

I didn't like it at all

Was very unprofessional and not wat I expected in terms of accomodation and facilities it wasn't a value for money.
