Hotel is very outdated especially considering the price point. We stayed in the loft suite with the jetted tub and the room was very musky smelling and dirty. The loft area itself is fairly small and the hand railing going up to the loft was about to come off. The only thing of the room that was semi decent was the bigger bathroom mirror which had an LED light around it. I’d skip on this one and go elsewhere unless they drop the price point to what it’s actually worth.

Parking was not a problem. Make sure your oarking pass is in your window so you don't get towed.
The room was clean.
Breakfast was hot and fresh; waffle maker, eggs, sasuage, busicuts and gravy, cereal, danishes, bread, coffee, juice.
The location is PERFECT! Your at the beginning of the Gatlinburg strip. No need to pay extra for parking.
No issues during our stay. This hotel has been added to my, "will stay again" list.

The stay was nice. The hotel is in the center of downtown. The room was nice. You can walk to the strip from where this hotel is located. We would stay here again. We were there about 30 minutes and while getting our things out of the vehicle, out of nowhere he comes a bear.

The room was clean. The toilet some needed work. The doors told the age of the hotel. Overall it was a decent place to stay. We did have a black bear walk down the sidewalk in front of our room, after crawling out of a truck bed parked a few doors down from our room.

Business trip for extended trade show. Room was comfortable, when gas fireplace that provided a nice ambiance. Lots of upgrades, TV, bath mirror, counter tops, etc, painting. But then they used old switch plate covers, didn’t paint all joints, corners, etc. Mattress very comfortable. Breakfast OK, bring your own salsa! We’ve stayed previously, will most likely stay again.

Never again booking this place. We actually checked out just a few hours after checking in because it was so dirty and there was a very nasty smell coming from inside of the room. If we stayed the night we would’ve most likely gotten sick.

The room was roomy, comfortable, pretty well maintained, comfortable bed, my wife requested extra pillows and they were quickly supplied, reasonably priced, trolly stop close by (purple route), eateries close by, right on the parkway, don't leave food in your vehicle as bears might break in which i was told can be a problem at any of the hotel's in town. We had a hreat and comfortable time and didn't break the bank. We didn't swim but they have a nice moderately sized pool for adults and wading pool for kids.

The room was nice; large & updated; comfortable beds & clean. However outside noises were loud; we kept the fan on constant to help drown them out while we slept. Also, our room was directly below the breakfast room, so there was no sleeping late as you could here the chairs moving on the hard floor above.

The room we had was supposed to be a handicap accessible room and it was definitely not. There was a full bathtub and no grab bars for the toilet. We were unable to use the shower due to it being in a tub and difficult to maneuver around the bathroom.

Super over priced for a dirty hotel that doesn’t get much maintenance, maybe my standards are a bit high but I expected a lot nicer of a place for almost $300 a night.
Room came with a jacuzzi, had to clean it 4-5 times prior to using it.
Internet is TERRIBLE also, so if you plan on doing work from here

Carpet needs cleaned, bottoms of socks were almost black after walking around room for an hour. Water pressure minimal and a lot of traffic outside of our room with it being next to the exterior elevator and ice machine. Convenient location however, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants.

The guest rooms were vets large and recently remodeled. The exterior seemed a bit dated and in need of refreshing. The washing machines and dryers had out of order signs. Breakfast was not great but it was ok.

We enjoyed our overnight trip to the mountains. It was just too short due to the storms coming in! We found this property and we found a gem!! Clean and comfortable! The space was amazing. It does need a small table and chairs to eat at. Couch was a little uncomfortable since it was deep. Not enough to complain about. I do wish the fireplace worked. There was a slight chill in the air.
It was great to have a separate sleeping area and a Living room area. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Very clean rooms and walking distance to the strip.

The Inn is a bit dated, but in decent condition. We rented a room with a hot tub included. Upon entering, we were hit with a fresh clean smell. No mildew or mold at all. Overall, everything is in good condition, breakfast was standard, parking decent, staff friendly. Will be staying here again.

We had car trouble and tried to cancel our stay but they wouldn’t budge on it which I was not happy about. It could not be helped and a little consideration for unexpected issues from your customers would be great! But rather than loose our money we found a way to Gatlinburg and stayed. The hotel and staff were good…clean and comfortable.

Great place clean and located very conveniently near all of the attractions of gatlinburg. My only complaint was the mattress was quite uncomfortable very very firm. Friendly staff housekeeping was very on top of things.

This hotel was clean, quiet and safe. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was within walking distance of several places to eat. A bear did show up during our stay (we were on the second floor) but staff did warn us about leaving food and/or garbage outside our room and there were signs warning of bear activity in the area so was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located for many attractions within walking distance. Only real downsides were the traffic going to them as its on one of the main roads. Very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend!

This was a clean hotel room. The parking was not assigned but there was plenty of spots. The staff we encountered were helpful and super nice. We were told there had been bears seen in the area recently, and sure enough one did come through the hotel area, which was exciting. Located at one end of the main area of shops it was easy walking to everything. Some things had been updated in our room and it was comfortable. I thought the bathroom was a bit small, though. The daily breakfast was nice to have. Not a huge amount of options but what they had was good!
