What a great location in beautiful Birch Bay.
A minute to the water, 2 minutes to the coffee shop. Had. A lovely supper in the water at Semiahmoo Resort just a short jaunt away.

A large table that comfortably seats 10; large amount of counter space; room to put your own food supplies without using a box on the floor; two sets of bunk beds; and close to the beach. It was really great.

I was not sure what to expect since it was cheaper than I normally pay and a smaller condo. It ended up being perfect for my kids and I. The place was very clean, bigger then I expected with the perfect layout and had everything we needed plus more. I would totally recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids. The place is very kid friendly with toys, games, and books for the kids among other things for kids/infants. I would 100% stay there again, very convenient to everything!

The location was wonderful. Very roomy and clean. Great for families with little ones, highchair, beach toys, beach wagon etc. Very disappointed, no salt and pepper, coffee, no basics like tin foil or containers for leftovers. 10 AM checkout was a bit early.

House had everything we needed. Towels, linens, and shower curtain were fresh. Britta pitcher was a plus. Coffee maker had an odd shape that didn't match the standard filter size so that's was a little tricky. The paper towels and toilet paper were the magical scratchy dissolving kind but not a deal breaker 😂
The rug in the master and the couch were a little dingier than I'd prefer but everything else felt clean. Great value, cute, would stay again!

Nice layout, comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. There was coffee, salt and pepper left for us, which we appreciated but it would have been a nice touch to have a small creamer, cone filters to fit the coffee machine, and a welcome binder to explain how to use the 4 TV clickers, and where to find the pool fob. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

Immediately upon checking in, the views were amazing. The beach is just across the street, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the place is great. Our only gripe is that not all of the dishes were clean and the ceiling fans are very dusty. Other than that, it was perfect! I would definitely book this place again and visit Birch Bay in the future.

We liked the booking process, email communication, keyless entry, grilling area, overall the space is very comfortable and the layout is great.
The sofa could use a wipe down, headboard needs to be dusted and unfortunately the hot tub was not available.
Overall we loved this location and look forward to returning in the near future.

We loved the layout and especially the nice little extras we found in this unit. The only negative I have is there was no instructions in the unit. If I didn’t know what the pool fob was already ( as we have stayed here before) I would have not been able to use the pool. Also, no car pass was in the unit and I was a bit nervous we would be towed. I text several times during our 4 day stay about this, but never a resolution. They did get back to me about the internet not working and that was resolved. So overall, I would stay here again because we loved the unit, but communication could be improved.

Upon entering, we immediately noticed an unpleasant odor. It was coming from the bathroom. After opening every window and door, it was much better.
The other first impression was that it is exactly as advertised. This unit is well stocked, and had everything we ever needed.
The queen bed was comfy.
I was frustrated with the chat bot that I interacted with. I inquired about heat, and it kept referring to AC. We had to flip the breaker switch to get the heat to come on.
It was a nice unit for the two of us.

The place came stocked with a Pack N Play, a high chair, some toys, 2 bunk beds, and access to an indoor pool, so it was a great place for our family to getaway for a winter weekend!

We had such a wonderful time at this getaway. Our kids really enjoy the pool, hot tub and game room as well as being so close to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

We were able to have 5 to 6 people comfortably socializing in thr main living area. The table is huge so we ate family meals. We found puzzles and toys to keep us occupied when weather was rainy. We even used the pool. Like home away from home but with extra perks.
