Our hosts were great and hospitable. They interacted and were available, but, gave us our space. They welcomed us to look at and to pick citrus fruit growing in their yard. What a treat. The accomodations were clean and comfortable, just what we needed. Thanks Dennis & April

This studio is perfect for a business trip! The full size appliances, the comfy bed, the high end finishing along with the quetness puts this VRBO at the top of my list! Dennis and April are very nice, not intrusive at all- I loved it!

I truly could not have asked for a better stay! We had everything we needed throughout our stay and really looked forward to spending the evenings at the VRBO because it was so comfortable. The property is stunning and the friendliness and communication of the hosts was absolutely perfect. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait to come back!

We loved Studio 2 with its comfortable bed, access to Netflix and other streaming channels. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Host very helpful and responsive!

Comfortable and clean. Joe made sure we were always comfortable by allowing us to park in the driveway which was much easier for us to walk. The entire facility was spotless inside and out.

Everything was great. The neighborhood was quiet. The owners were helpful with everything that we needed. The Studio apartment looked very clean and nice. Be aware the bed is VERY soft, this might not work out for some people.

Short 2 night stay while in the area for a wedding. Very comfortable and quiet. Very well appointed. Really nice touch to have coffee, snacks and water available. Love the big bathroom, too!

This studio was perfect for my sister and me for a weekend. We came to Camarillo for a family Bridal Shower. Wish we had been able to stay longer and enjoy it even more. The accommodations were so nice, and we didn't lack for anything at all. The studio is very well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies plus its so nice to have snacks, water, and coffee provided. If you're picky---this is your place as everything is new and CLEAN! The setting is very lovely and quiet. We were told that there were guests in the adjoining studio, but we never heard anyone. There is ample parking. We will be back!!!

We had such a nice stay. Dennis & April were gracious hosts, the unit was SO nice. Clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully and just the right size for two. We can't wait to visit again and we will definitely stay here on our next trip to California! Highly recommend.

Dennis’ property was fresh, clean, new, beautifully decorated and extremely relaxing studio. Dennis was very welcoming when I arrived and I didn’t see him (nor need anything) until check out. Dennis provides you with everything you need while staying at his place, so no need to bring “the kitchen sink”. The best thing about this place was the quiet/serene atmosphere as well as the MOST comfortable king size bed EVER. I want to tell you how awesome this place is, but I also don’t want the secret to get out in fear that the next time I would like to stay here, Dennis’ place will be booked (he actually has 2 side-by-side studios to rent that would be ideal for a family traveling together. I will definitely return…….sooner rather than later!!!!

Hosts are extremely accomodating, responsive and helpful. Cute place with full litchen, comfortable bed, large bathroom, plenty of space. Safe neighborhood. Overall, 10 stars!
