Location, morning view, washing machine, parking, PIC is very polite & courteous. The guards were also really helpful.

No toilet paper provided as stated in unit description. No balcony as stated, just a small area outside the kitchen for laundry. Unit is not passable as an apartment, but it is a FLAT. Floor is not tiled but cover with a mat with tile patterns.

Great location in the middle of the city, easy to get in and out of the city. The host was wonderful. The apartment is well maintained. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sea, Pantai Batu Buruk.

The location is excellent...had an issue with the keys but all is good, settled via WhatsApp. Parking is on the 5th floor, so lots of merry-go-round corners on the way up and down. Do check the locking mechanism to the common bathroom, may be faulty. Towels, soap, coffee and sweets were provided. The owner sends a team in every 2 days to change the towels. Food is not a problem, A&W, stalls and food trucks are a short walk away, and the beach is too. The main shopping mall is within walking distance too.

1. location near to everything, ktcc mall, beach, hospital, mosque. 2. onwer so friendly and helpful. she even suggested us palces to visit etc in KT. 3. anggerik unit has 3 bedroom, 2 with aircond , 1 with wall fan. house with washing machine and kitchen for light cook. so convenient for family stay

1. at the arrival, have to show ic to register at the pondok security. you have to know your unit no and which level. 2. grab/maxim/food delivery cant go inside building, have to wait at the gate/pondok security. 3. a bit incovenience for those with big/many luggage but the distance from gate to lift is just about 60m.

Simple decor,very clean.Ample space for large family.Near to Ktcc mall. Tight security but parking at LEVEL 5.

The apartment : fresh air entire rooms. Clean. Never get this type of property before which every part or the area provided air freshners. Even our clothes bring home the smell! The environment : close to daily needs. Ezy to go every where as it is located to the city centre

The house was well maintained n nicely decorated, feel like home. Host also very friendly, caring n continuously follow up on our arrival. Highly recommended abd i personally will continue to choose this as my 1st choice homestay in Terengganu.
