Great location, very short walk to the beach! Pool was heated for us and was perfect for March! We had a great time!

We are from Iowa so my kids got in it a few days even though it was pretty chilly. The house is absolutely gorgeous exactly like it is shown in the pictures. It is so close to everything you could possibly want to do in the area.

Steps from the beach, Sandy Toes was a perfect location for our 2023 framily vacation! We were steps from the soft sand and beautifully colored waters of the gulf. The pool and tiki bar made for great evenings. The location was close to several great restaurants and shops. We could not have enjoyed our vacation more!

The house was as described, nice and roomy. The location was perfect. Just steps from the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Customer service was great. Didn’t have any issues communicating with them. Would definitely stay there again.

House was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great location, only two minute walk from the beach. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Publix, and multiple restaurants at only 2 minute drive. Host was very responsive whenever we had a question or needed something. Felt like a home away from home. Very recommended!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent a vacation home at least once a year and sometimes the pictures of the homes make them look better than they actually are. Sandy Toes was exactly as shown and did not disappoint. Great location, less than 250 steps to the sand on a quiet street, but a few minute walk to Chick-Fil-A, CVS, etc. The house was reasonably clean, although could use a deeper cleaning of the tile floors (left bottom of socks/feet dirty after walking on them) and dusting of the decor and blinds, but it was clean where it really counts. We also wish they had beach equipment available for use to avoid the very costly rental companies. The addition of a firepit or outdoor gas fireplace table would make the place perfect. We would not hesitate to rent this house again or use Modern Beach for our next vacation.

Great House and Great Location

Location was amazing!! Quick walk to the beach, close to shopping and lots of food options. House was beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need.

Very clean house. Great communication and response to issue resolution. Only steps away from easy beach access. Backyard with heated pool was blast with kids.
