My booking was changed at last minute to a lower rate accommodation. I would appreciate a refund for the difference in price for the accommodation. I have tried calling Hotels.com but it is so difficult reaching a live person.

Great place to stay at. Good breakfast and dinner at ELM restaurant located next door. Friendly staff everywhere. Our host Gideon did a great job and was very responsiveness to our questions regarding booking a shuttle to airport, request for extra towels etc. Will come back again in the future!

The apartment unit is part of an excellent property (The Lennox) which has good amenities and most importantly in Ghana, backup power. The whole property looks new, properly maintained and has very good security. The management of this specific apartment unit (Accra Luxury Apartments) which is different from the property management (The Lennox) however have very poor customer service. When I arrived, there was no rep from Accra Luxury Apartments to check me in. My son and I had travelled nearly 24hrs, were exhausted, had six luggages but we couldn’t be checked into the our apartment because there was no rep to do so. The Lennox property rep was kind enough to give us some water at least to help us cool down and had to wait for almost 30mins before someone from Accra Luxury Apartments finally showed up to check us in. During the course of our stay, no one even reached out to see how things are with us, and if our unit was still in a comfortable shape. Luckily nothing happened that required me to reach out because upon check out, when I called several times, no one picked up or even responded. The apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately for some odd reason, when bath tissue gets low, they don’t replace so you’d have to make sure you get extras from a nearby gas station close to the airport. Besides the customer service issues, the apartment unit and property are a great place/location.

Security measures

Excellent property to stay at.

The facilities and location are good, however, customer service is lacking relative to the price they charge. One key point is that the safes are not sufficiently secured (not fixed on a wall) raising security issues as they can easily be removed. They have also very inflexible late check-out policies asking for the cost of a full day if you leave after 4 pm. These issues need to be corrected, especially considering the rates they charge.

Property was amazing

This was disappointing. My first room was excellent. The AC leaked, a technician was called. I was asked to keep the AC off for 2 hours. 3 hours later I turned on the AC & there was a water fall. I was shifted to another room at 9 pm that was smaller with a stiff mattress. 3 days later I was still told my original room was unavailable despite the initial commitment of moving me back tomorrow. Overall I was disappointed & annoyed . I enjoy the lennox but not this particular agency.

New clean and very nice. No hot water probably waterless tank not turned on. Day 2 off 3 day stay sent person in charged that checked us in message of problem, never heard anything back. Other than that the place was excellent! 👍

The host was professional and helpful from checking to check out. Highly recommend.

Dining was conveniently located on the property downstairs. The Manager of the Restaurant treated to dinner on them so I could try one of their dishes. The property was secure, biometric entrances were working. The decor was nice. The host was nice and accommodating. The check in process was smooth. The bed and pillows appeared to be hyper allergenic.

Property is well situated and unit was well set up. Issue with entry using fingerprint access but other than that, excellent stay. I will book again. Solomon was a great host.

I needed some time off and my stay at ALA Lennox was great! The area is quiet . Only downside is very limited parking outside. Thanks to Solomon for such great customer service.

I booked this reservation through Expedia during the month of November for my February 18th trip. 2 hours before I arrived, I received a message while flying from Accra Luxury Apartments at the Lennox asking me how I was doing and telling me to cancel the reservation as they didn't have room. 2 hours before arriving in Accra as I am on a flight on my way to Accra I had to scramble to find where I would be staying since they cancelled the reservation. I was traveling with two friends who booked their stay at the Lennox as well. They too received the same message. It was copied and pasted. The Lennox had no idea that we all knew each other and were traveling together which leads me to believe this is something that they do quite frequently. Upon arrival I proceeded to contact Expedia as I did not want to get charged a cancellation fee as I was not the one who cancelled. I contacted Expedia via the chat in the app and the customer service agent transferred me to someone who called my cellphone number and left me on hold for over an hour without checking in on me as they "allegedly" tried to contact the property. After an hour the call dropped and I never heard back from Expedia again. I genuinely thought Expedia vetted the properties posted. I will have a hard time booking through Expedia again after this experience. The customer service received was not up par.

As an avid traveler, I would say The Lennox comes top among apartments that I have stayed. I enjoyed my stay at the Lennox and Solomon my host was superb and gave me all the necessary help I needed. The room was cosy, bed comfortable, bathroom clean with neat towels and toiletries. I would highly recommend The Lennox to anyone coming to Accra for business and pleasure visits.

I highly recommend staying here. The team are attentive and quickly to respond to any requests. The facilities and the decor of my room were top notch, in addition to the facilities of the gym and the gorgeous views from the roof top pool. The location is perfect, and the security of the building make me feel safe as a solo woman traveller. It’s a must!

This property was wayyyy more than I expected! The host was extremely attentive and communicative. He also was very patient and understanding. The cleaning staff was 10/10. Extremely thorough and consistent. The property itself was beautiful with outstanding amenities. I absolutely loved the gym and the pool. I was able to go on walks in the morning too since the area is conducive for walking outside. Also the market across the street was an added plus. The location was in a reasonable distance to pretty much anywhere we were trying to go. All the staff was friendly and the security was tight. I plan to stay here every time I come to Accra.
