I didn’t realise I booked with air b&b wasn’t allowed to use sunloungers or towels because we didn’t book direct with hotel. Finally got it sorted after plentiful texts back n forth to agent. It was right on the beach nice view from 15th floor.

Probably needs a bit of a spruce inside apartment quite drab. Safe there but didn’t work. I found it quite depressing didn’t stay in there only to sleep

The sliding door of the balcony was not able to be locked. Safety was a little concern. Maybe should have a look at it.

Only the View was very nice

We Booked Rainbow Paradise Hotel and we discovered that our Reservation was under other company with terms and facilities completely different. 300 MR was requested as deposit ! We couldn’t use Towel from Hotel on Swimming Pool area and we cannot even left our belongings at Reception area, we were a stranger in this hotel, unfriendly and expensive to don’t repeat again

The view from the room was prefect and no compliant

The bathroom was so run down and there were fungus and kitchen cabin was damaged

Die lage ist recht zentral. Der Poll im Hotel war sehr schön und man könnte ihn bis 18 uhr nutzen.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Nach merfacher Kommunikation mit dem büro bekammen wie ein neues Zimmer. Das war schon besser aber immer noch abgewohnt und abgenutzt mit sehr sparsamer Ausstattung. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Untuk unit ini kena bayar 300 damage deposit. Dan lepas checked out tak dapat balik deposit on the spot ambil masa dalam 15 hingga 30 hari. Saya check in 6/03/2024 check out 7/03/2024. Sampai hari ni 2/04/2024 tak dapat refund lagi. Belum cukup 30 hari kut. Sebelum ni saya pernah booking dengan booking.com tak pernah kena bayar deposit pun. Yang walk in bayar deposit pun sudah check out dapat terus. So kena standby 300 selain daripada room payment.

Everything apart from beds. Toilets very poor ,kitchen facilities almost non exsistent , fridge not defrosted , door locks to balcony broken. Wood work in kitchen splintered causing me to get at least 1 in finger. If I could have put zero I would have. Your only saving grace was your staff who tried their best but could not upgrade it which it needs while occupied

No value for money booking the apartment. Rooms are beside elevator lobby so light under door and noisey. No hotel services for apartments. No cleaning unless once a week maybe. Didn’t come on booked day. Had to remind with message. Then came following day. No internet until I worked out they gave wrong password. They didn’t have a clue it was wrong. No toilet paper, had to buy it. No bottled water except once a week with cleaning. No coffee, tea , milk or sugar. No toaster. Brown water in kitchen tap. No pass to get towels for pool. Mouldy bathroom even though we waited five hours for room to be cleaned. Only three local Chanel’s on TV. No Netflix. Ants in room because kitchen bench not sealed.

Location to places I like

No value for money. Others in hotel paid less price and got rooms cleaned every day plus products and toilet paper and toiletries and breakfast. Room was cleaned once a week by booking otherwise not cleaned. Even when booked they didn’t turn up on day. Had to message them it wasn’t done then cleaned next day. Door had no access card. But rest of hotel rooms have card access. Pin code to get in. And door did not lock unless you pull it. Access code was changed but did not tell me. After waiting for an hour I got new code. Mouldy bathroom TV did not work for five days. No help from staff by phone. A friend helped and found it had Netflix and needed a code to work. The staff on phone said it was an analogue TV and to turn it off and on. Asked staff for code but gave no instructions how to get it working. Needed a mobile phone and with friends help, finally got it going. Staff on phone had no clue about TV. No porterage to room. Verandah door lock broken. Ants around entry door. Little cutlery and crockery in room. Water in kitchen was brown. No toaster.

Just good, because beachfront on public beach

So filthy, so old and stinky, black hair in the bathroom, someone left used shaver, ears buds, mirrors not clean, carpet full of sand and dust, bathroom so mouldy all corners, everywhere. Apartment owner must to do renovation, because that the one was very bad condition compared with other Malaysia places and the price wasn’t cheap compared with other. Pictures definitely not like what we found. Parking you have to pay extra, but that one was mentioned

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The only thing my kids like is the swimming pool.

The host did not supply sufficient towels for 5 persons and no extra towel for the swimming pool. The host finally sent the short supplied towel on the second night after many calls of reminder and also not sufficient towel paper for two nights' stay.

The kitchen on the pictures is "not for use" as the staff told us after we check in and we had noticed that it was no kitchenware for cutting/cooking. Ants came up from a small hole at the bathroom door. Shower was 2/10 Drilling sounds from lunch to afternoon.

The experience was really bad, the building and the walls was full of rotten. Not clean, everything is old and very obvious no maintenance is made, even at the pool the sun beds were broken all of them. I cancelled my second night

Thing that i like during our stay basically just the view only. Other than the view everything is normal.

The attitude of the Hotel receptionist. Basically our room is an airbnb room but the hotel receptionist didn't want to help and even answer our questions. for example we were asking where's the rubbish dump for us to throw rubbish from our room. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel is sucks. when we checked in the room still got lots of sands around.. i have to sweep the floor for our 5 nights stay.

ロケーションは最高でした。部屋からの海の眺めもよし、ビーチバーでまったりするもよし、ビーチを散歩し、大きな木の木陰で寝るもよし、子供用のプールやブランコもあり、親子で楽しめました。

部屋の鍵は暗証番号のタイプで、入力ミスを何回かするとロックがかかり、フロントに言ったが、オーナーが違うので、対応できないと言われ部屋になかなか入れなかった。同じホテルでオーナーが別というシステムが理解できなかった。フロントの対応が横柄で不快な思いをしました。
