Unfortunately first room we were given was very mildew/moldy smell! Being allergic to mold it was a room I could not stay in. After making the desk about they assigned a new room, this was better but had the same smell just a little less. I made it through the night but throat was sore. Glad to leave early to catch plane. The mold was coming from the air conditioning unit.

5 minutes from airport and 2 minutes from mall. Good breakfast. Older building, partially renovated.

Room is set up so uncomfortably. Be careful getying in the shower tub has a crazy slant and causes you to slip. Refrigerator and microwave are in the bathroom (why just why) airport shutyle runs every hr but listen to this you cant get on that hourly scheduled shuttle unless you let the desk clerk know that you need a ride. Question if the shuttle runs every hour anyway why would you not allow customers to board? Just difficult for absolutely no reason at all. If youre on the second floor you have to go to the 1st or 3rd floor for ice. Really lol. Now the bed has heavy bedding thats the only redeeming quality of this place.

Property was very nice to stay at. It was quiet with the exception of the airplanes going overhead, but I kind of like that anyway lol the rooms were very, very nice and clean. parking was easy and free, which is hard to come by in New Orleans. I felt very safe being a female solo traveler. desk staff was nice when I needed them for something, all in all I would definitely go back And stay again at this hotel.

The rooms were fairly nice but smell of mold or Mildew. There were no towel racks. The refrigerator was in the bathroom…gross and unsanitary. Lobby and rooms are smaller than they appear on the website.

Knowing that parts of New Orleans can be sketchy and high crime, we intentionally selected a hotel near the airport, thinking that would guarantee a higher level of safety. Boy, were we wrong! Had we not already paid for the hotel, we would have gone somewhere else. The surrounding area made us feel a little unsettled, but we figured we would be in the hotel in our room after dark, so we came in while it was still daylight, and parked our car as far away from the entrance as possible. The rest of the hotel was fine. But hard to appreciate because of terrible location.

I had to catch a flight very early so I chose this location and usually have good luck with Hilton's. The staff was great, but upon arriving I had people BBQ and drinking ine the parking lot of the hotel. If I was by myself then I would not certainly feel secure. The hotel is older and thankful for a very short stay.

Overall the stay was great. The bathroom was not so great. There was rust around the toilet and the tub stopper had rust. The toilet was very low. I’m only 5’4 and it was a bit inconvenient.

Front desk staff was extremely rude during check-in. Never smiled. Never thanked me for choosing the hotel. Actually told me I should’ve called the hotel before check in with my request when I asked for an extra pillow. No sheets in the room much less on the bed for the sofa bed even though I made it clear in my reservation that I would need to use it. (That pillow I requested was because there was none for the sofa bed in the room.) Tons of hair on bathroom floor that wasn’t ours, so the room clearly wasn’t vacuumed before our stay. Bed was u comfortable; I tossed and turned all night. Left before breakfast, so can’t review that. Front desk clerk at checkout was nicer ang said she’d report my complaints to the GM as that staff member has been complained about many times.

Room was very damp.. asked for different bedding but it was the mattress, pillows and carpet. Sleep wasnt great. But other than that room was clean and had all the necessities we needed.

This is my 3rd stay here. It is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Although it is very close to International Airport, and unless you are outside, you usually do not hear the Airplanes. I highly recommend staying here

This was a very pleasant experience from the moment i checked. The property staff was really nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was decent.

Upon arriving desk clerk was not pleasant at all. She was very unfriendly and looked like she didn't want to be there. That impression was very displeasing!
