Everything about this place fit exactly what we needed. We will be backstage

We had a fabulous stay! The kitchen has a lot of cooking equipment, sharp knives and a quiet dishwasher. The bedrooms have blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep in. The laundry room had supplies so we were able to do unexpected laundry. And the lighted deck was a magical ending to each day! Thank you, Patrick, for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed meeting multiple family members at this cute house in Billings. There were 3 children under 5 in our group & the house worked well for all of us. There was a child gate for the stairs. The trampoline was a big hit in the fenced in yard. The house was also close to a splash park. I would recommend!

Great. Nice home....lots of room. Clean and well equipped. We had one small issue and the property owner took care if it immediately. Good people to work with. When we need a place again, we will stay here.

This was a perfect house for our Montana family reunion. I absolutely loved sitting on the back porch early in the morning enjoying my first cup of coffee. It was beautiful and peaceful before the busy days of family fun. I highly recommend this location for any family event. Great hosts👍

My family of 4 from New Jersey, along with my sister and her family from Missoula, met here in Billings to visit with our parents. With 7 adults, there was plenty of room to spread out, as well as sit and have meals together! This house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The location is very convenient with stores, parks, and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute drive. The decorative lighting in the outdoor spaces was a nice touch! We absolutely LOVED staying here and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Billings. The home was perfect for 7 adults. Quiet and pretty neighborhood. We were busy with family but enjoyed being together in your comfortable home. Thank you! Hope to be back some day.

My mother and sister were in Billings for Mother's Day. We stayed at this property and could not have asked for anything more! It was big and bright and very clean. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. The little touches like snacks and a welcome note were lovely. Check in was super easy and communication was well above average. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Billings.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so kind and easy to communicate with. The house itself was so clean, beautifully designed, huge, and very kid friendly! We were so thankful for the pack and play, baby gate at the top of the stairs and the fantastic family room downstairs in the spacious basement. Our toddler had so much fun safely playing on the oversized couch and bean bag chair for hours.
They had everything you would need in the kitchen and even included snacks and hot cocoa! The fenced yard was beautiful and huge, we hope to stay again in the summer with our pup. Highly recommend! We have stayed in many short term rentals over the years and this was one of the cleanest and well maintained.

The home was very clean, comfortable and had ample yard space for the kiddos! The kitchen was well appointed. Perhaps most importantly, the host was easily accessible and communication was phenomenal. Highly recommended for families staying in Billings!

We stopped and stayed here for a quick break from driving from MN to Yellowstone. The house was great for our family. We enjoyed dinner on the patio & the Oasis water park is .5 miles way! The kids enjoyed time in the basement. The owners were really great communicators and very friendly, with even a welcome gift basket for us! Would highly recommend.

House was exactly as advertised. Beautiful backyard for the kids to play in. Awesome location: Oasis water park, golf course, shopping venues and eateries all within 5 minute drive from house. Patrick checked in with us each day to make sure our stay was comfortable and to address any concerns we might have had. Will definitely stay again should the need ever arise.

This home if you were to see it in the subdivision you would never know it would accommodate 13 people. In a quiet neighborhood this 5 bedroom 3 bath ranch served the purpose for our layover between moving on to Glacier National Park.
Property owner was very responsive in a timely manner when questions were asked. They were very accommodating and generous with things that were in the house. Had a little coffee bar and snack tray that made you feel at home.
I would recommend anyone needing a house that can accommodate a large group to book this house.

The was such a special family trip and are stay was amazing. The house had everything we needed and more. Everything was so clean and the backyard had something for everyone in the family to do. I loved that our host was easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. We will be coming back again and will definitely try and stay here again.

The house is really beautiful with great front and back yards and lots of outdoor seating and activities. There is a ton of space inside with enough beds and couches to sleep a small army, and everything was very clean. The owners were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, plus they had a thoughtful snack basket and welcome note in the kitchen. Would absolutely recommend to any groups/families looking for a home to stay in and we will definitely be back again!

A group of us came up and stayed in this beautiful house. The backyard was amazing. There was lots of outdoor seating that was wonderful on such a beautiful evening. The location was quiet but close to stores. The inside of the house was very accommodating and the beds were comfortable.

What a great home with fabulous hosts! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived…the snack basket was a sweet touch! Kept in contact to make sure our stay was good and answered texts quickly! Would highly recommend not only because of the adorable home but because of the wonderful hosts!!

The house and the host's were very nice. They communicated with me early in the trip and offered any assistance that we might need. The house was very clean and they left the students some snacks. They were very appreciative after the long drive.
