Uma máquina de café que não estava a funcionar, e quando fui tomar banho não havia água quente foi grande desilusão porque estava bastante frio. A namorada teve de aquecer água na panela.

Lindo apartamento, com tudo muito novo e moderno. Esta muito bem localizado bem próximo dos pontos de interesse turístico. Fomos recebidos pela Lia, que foi muito educada e atenciosa, nos deu dicas de lugares para visitar e de bons restaurantes.

Petit appartement très pratique à vivre et situé idéalement au centre de la ville. On peut découvrir la ville à pieds et de très beaux commerces et restaurants sont à côté. C'est très silencieux et la literie est très bonne. Un très bon rapport qualité prix que je recommande.

Excelente acolhimento e foi possível fazer early check-in, o que foi sem dúvida muito útil. A comunicação com alojamento foi sempre muito rápida. O apartamento tinha tudo o que necessitámos e está muito bem localizado.

The location is perfect and we were very comfortable . Everything was clean and cozy.

Nice terrace over the roof top under the the vinegrape to enjoy fresh air at breakfast time; Clean& comfortable. Totally refurbished in an ancient house close to city center. Nice photographies in relation with past location activities.

WIsh we could have met personally the local "manager" when we arrived. Always good to exchange ; we met her on leaving; was too short. Looked very nice.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and suitably located with parking and town access. Check-in and correspondence nice and easy until the owners in our opinion profiteered on a Booking.com glitch. The house keeper was lovely.

Upon booking we searched for an apartment for 4 guests. We chose this one as it had 2 double beds and a sofa bed, therefore catering for my family. Due to unforeseen circumstances had to bring our young son who could have used the sofa bed. Upon our arrival just a couple of hours later I was questioned on the number of guests in the apartment, 5. It was made clear to me that the booking was made for 2 adults. I contacted booking com who advised me there must have been a glitch when we booked. The owners then forced us to pay another 15 euro per person per night for a 6 nights. We booked a suitable apartment and they clearly profiteered from an electronic admin error. The owners were neither flexible or understanding if not rather blunt. We were literally threatened with being chucked out with no refund and money demanded to be paid by the end of the night. To be honest it ruined the enjoyment of our stay. Upon looking up this property again for another week the price was the same for 4 guests as 2 guests. It was a real shame as it would have had a 5 star rating. We simply chose, booked and paid for an apartment to meet our needs without being deceitful and received a stealth charge by opportunistic illigiitimate profiteers. As far as we were concerned the price was for apartment not number of guests. Cheeky!

We stayed in a studio apartment – one room with a comfy queen size bed, compact dining area and kitchen with all that was needed for self-catering meals, including electric elements, an oven and dishwasher. The bathroom was in a separate room with a compact shower, toilet and basin. Aircon in the main area was a welcome addition in the summer days. Free fast wifi included. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Access to the apartment was very straight forward with good communication to provide the digital key code for both the building and the apartment. Details of free parking were provided – back along the street before the one-way section there is a large area for free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This is not the problem of the owner - but - guests arrived at midnight into the unit above us and were moving around until 1.00am - the noise carried into our apartment and kept us awake. Maybe guests need to arrive earlier in the evening to not disturb other people.

Great location. Great staff. The place is very well thought out. We are used to living in a 17 foot trailer and used to tight spaces. This is defenitely tight spaces. If you want outdoor space take the upstairs with the balcony.

Bed was too firm - and we like firm. Would like to have a larger frying pan, since we do quite a bit of our own cooking. Minimal places for luggage and clothing.

I was very pleased that they let me check in earlier, because it was too hot to handle outside and the apartment was very fresh!

The pillows and mattress were very comfortable and it was very nice to read near the window at the end of the day.

This is a very small apartment. There is a free car park a few minutes walk away we found when driving around. It is easy to check-in since you just need the door code.
