It was like being in an abandoned place where not even drinking water was available.Absolutely pathetic owner and staff. Zero response to anything. Avoid it even if it is free.

Since the weather was cooler during the stay, the trees in the locality kept the room cool without a need for the AC in the early hours of the morning. The locality isn't very noisy. The caretaker makes it easy to check-in. Post checkout, I spoke to the owner Priya & explained the downsides, which she said she would take care of next time.

Stained bed linen, lumpy pillow It appears that the pillow cover might not have been changed after the previous occupant vacated or the cleaning wasn't effective. I found hair on the pillow cover & bedsheet. I was asked to change rooms on the second night after 11 PM because the caretaker was afraid that the AC might not last all night & cause a power breakdown in the building. Since the bedsheets weren't fresh, they changed it immediately & I had to re-pack & shift. Although the caretaker said that the bath towel was a fresh one, it had a mild odour. Later on, I noticed that on the other side it was dirty too.

While the location is good, the overall upkeep of the room, facilities, upholstery, linen & hygiene can be better. The owner was quick to provide another room when I noticed a large lizard upon entry. Upon request, the owner was also kind enough to refill my bottle with water. There's a fridge in the common area if you'd like to keep the water bottle chilled

If the hygiene & maintenance of the bathroom can be raised, it would be really wonderful. There were bed bugs in the second room I was given. There was a power cut for a few minutes at night & I woke up from sleep due to the heat in the room. There is no power backup, which is a bummer during the summer or during hot. humid days & nights in Hyderabad.

No disturbance, Clean and Good Rooms and Owner was very hospitable..

Not value for money. Toilet not maintained properly even though paid extra. Could not rest properly as there was considerable noise of drilling works connected to the renovation. No parking proper. In total, I will never recommend this home stay to anyone. One may get a better facility for Rs.1500/- elsewhere in the city. I am wondering why the booking.com lists this property and makes people fall into misery.
