Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, facilities are lovely and the location is perfect. Room still had plenty of space even with the baby cot. Will definitely stay again

When I wash Exciting from the carpark was a little challenging waiting for the boom gate to open . The steep accent /descent was difficult to navigate . I have a manual car so needed to handbrake start . It scared me as I rolled back !! Also the shower was hard to understand so maybe instructions ? When I turned it on the hand held part spurt straight out into bathroom

It is a nice, new and clean hotel and the rooms are well appointed. The pool was also nice and clean. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

Gushing water noises from pipes above us woke us on and off all night. Rooms are also not very well sound insulated so noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors also kept us awake.

Frühstück überfüllt und Personal überfordert. Anschließend Getränke anderer Gäste auf meiner Rechnung gehabt. Wurde aber beim checkout zufriedenstellend gelöst.

The property was seemingly brand new. It was beautifully designed, pleasing to the eye, and quite thoughtful. It was just a genuinely pleasing place to be in. It was in a great location close to great restaurants and shops.

It was pretty perfect! They’ll probably add a few extra signs at some point because the lifts are a tad confusing; but that was the only niggle.

The staff were very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Location wise, the hotel was within walking distance to the local sights as well as being close to the amazing ice cream store which is a bonus to for the little ones. The accommodation is very kid friendly and I would recommend to families looking to explore the area.

Loved the location and staff! Sheena, in front desk, was spectacular! She was very hospitable & accommodating. She made our stay really memorable.

Pool was too small/narrow for our liking.

停车不是很方便。需要预定才能给卡进去。

Room was bright and clean. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.

Ich war schon in mindestens 150 Hotels. Das hier war mit am besten. Modern, sauber, freundlich. Ich kann es nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Perfektes Frühstück. Hervorragendes Personal. Ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten und Steckdosen.

Ganz Perfekt wäre es, wenn im Bad eine Toilettenbürste wäre. Es wäre auch schön, wenn es an der Bar eine etwas größere Auswahl an Cocktails geben würde.

Great detail in the rooms for modern travel. Rainfall shower, USB A&C chargers either side of the bed plus others in the room. Great view of Geelong. Excellent bed and bedding. Good restaurant.

I didn’t think Dinner was value for money. Minimal choices of wine.

Facilities were excellent, staff were very professional.

A bit of a walk to the water, but that’s a minor issue.

In fact we loved every thing about the property, there was no fault to pick on.

Great location within easy walking of the waterfront. We chose a room with water views which was perfect. Staff went out of the way to help when any requests were made be in room or at breakfast. One lovely staff member at reception knew my name each time I came back from somewhere which I found really exceptional.

no balcony and so I couldn't open the window and get fresh air - this was the biggest downside but I expected it so it's what the Hotel offers.

All the meals breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. We hadn’t thought about breakfast unetil the day before we left, otherwise we would have had it each also. My grandson thought the room and the garden outside, on the roof, were the best we had ever stayed at. We have stayed at quite a few in Melbourne and other places, around Victoria. He enjoyed the pool also. I haves lived in Geelong for 70 years and only recently moved into the country, so we used Geelong as a base for the four days, to catch up with friends. I absolutely love the whole Bay Area and l have always thought how lucky we are to have such a beautiful bay.

There was nothing to dislike but just a couple of options if you don’t want your room done each day. Maybe just a small brush and pan, and possibly a toilet brush, as we didn’t get our room done while we were there, by choice.
