The view was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location was a little confusing on Google Maps.

The managing staff was quite polite and courteous

The access to the hotel is nothing but the hell. The approach road connecting hotel with the main road is in so bad shape, especially for the vehicle, that disgusted me very much. Also the free laundry service, as mentioned, was never asked for by the staff throughout my stay. On entering the room very first time, found that the AC was non-functional. But the staff made it serviceable within 15 mins, that's good thing. Also the bed size, as mentioned at the time of booking at booking.com

Hotel was far away from dehradun and it was not easy to find the exact location of the hotel.
