Al hacer el check out tuvimos un inconveniente con la devolución del depósito de seguridad. Retrasó nuestra llegada al siguiente destino.

Modern, clean apartment with all necessary items in kitchen. Comfortable beds. Big balcony, nice pool with relaxing lounge area. 5 minute walk to groceries, shops, restaurants and beach. Secured gates with code access.

Noise from the street, but owners can’t do much about that.

Absolutely beautiful and spotless property in the heart of Samara, moments from the beach. It felt like an oasis. We moved here when our original accommodation let us down - this place more than compensated and we wished we could stay longer. The pool area was gorgeous. Real care and thought has been put into every detail. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean, AC worked great, and we loved the top floor breeze and view of the pool.

The only thing to improve would be to add some decorations — there is nothing wrong with the style of the room, but compared to cozy offerings of other places around, it would be so wonderful to have some of the local art inside the rooms.

The road outside was very loud and lorries and motorbikes could be heard from the pool.

clean and new building, nice little kitchen, great pool. The location was great and the place was spacious and clean. A great place to stay comfortably for even an extended stay.

It was an excellent option to be hosted. The apartament is completed with a lot of necessary amenities. In addtion is a nice residencial place. Also, is very close to Samara beach and dowtown. Besides, the hosts are very friendly and be attentive to help. Full recommended yo spend time with friends, family or couple.

The entrance of parking space for sedan cars it could be uncomfortable but it is ok if you take care when you leave the residence.

This place is new. Everything was even better than advertised. Facilities were very nice, neat, and clean. The location couldn't be better. Right in Samara, walking distance to the beach, but not near noise. I stayed during semana santa, which is the busiest week of the year and crowded, but I still slept like a baby. Easy access to everything (restaurants, stores, etc). The staff was very accommodating, very nice, helpful, and present all the time, so what you need you will always find immediate help. The bed was very comfortable, the AC was perfect, the full kitchen and utensils were very convenient, and all new ware. There is a living room, balcony, I mean, it is spacious.

I have no suggestions for improvement. This is really perfect place

We were this property's first guests. We have a very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the top floor. Balony was surrounded by green trees. It is very quiet. The sea is a few minutes walk and there are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and tours in the immediate vicinity. There were some teething issues however William and the team resolved them quickly and nothing was too much. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils. Swimming pool and garden are very inviting.

They were no sun umbrellas at the pool and it gets hot. (They are waiting for bases to arrive so this will be rectified soon). However you can follow the shade and there is a sitting that has a lovely breeze.
