Room was tidy, could have been a little cleaner. Room door had broken security latch and deadbolt was difficult to latch. Young man who is working in the office was awesome, he came and took a look at my complaints and explained that he had to break in the door from a previous consumer and it obviously hadn’t been fixed yet. He also answered my question about the Wi-Fi overall, it’s a good place specially, for the money

Well satisfied with everything but the tv. There was no cable news or sports .

My stay was a business trip. I didn’t receive room service ( fresh towels, wash clothes) during my 4 day stay. When asked for some was told by the evening staff to check my room to make sure I had fresh towels etc. my room was not touched by staff during the entirety of my visit. Would not recommend it.

Back in the day this was a $29 room. Now it’s $80. Typical shower & tub drain problem, overly caulked, loose fixtures from being pulled out so many times the drywall gives way. A/C controls a nightmare. Just old. Seemed clean, checked for bed bugs. Coffee in room worked as did fridge and antique microwave. Good for a nights sleep and a shower.

I ended up staying here four nights in a row because of some unexpected events at my end. That meant I experienced three separate rooms. Plus I’ve stayed here other times over the last couple years. Not race weekends which no doubt is a different world… Generally this is a good value for the region. It seems to be somewhat geared to a younger crowd, but as a boomer I’ve had no problems. I like the energy. Noise hasn’t been an issue, and cleanliness has been mostly good but can be hit or miss. Weekends were definitely spottier, with rumpled bedspreads giving a slack vibe. But it’s solid and I will be back.

I wasnt very impressed. My room still had a previous guest's dirty towel hanging over the shower curtain and also the trash cans were full from the previous guest. I also could not get the tv to work, so i called the front desk. Very sweet girl offered to come to my room and help, but she couldn't solve the mystery either and had no further ideas or suggestions to resolve the problem, so i just didnt have a TV to watch. At least the place was dry and warm, and the bed was comfy enough.

Romm was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was excellent!

I am not one to review hotels but this was particularly bad. We were travelling and arrivng late at 2 AM. Already tired we get in the room and the bed is not made. The bed topper also had coffee stains on it. After the girl at the front desk came to check it out she left and came back with a key to another room. Assured us that the next room is cleaner. The beds were made in this one but there were a couple old fresh cut fries in front of the air conditioner and a 1/4 of a Nutter bar at the base of the lamp. I was dead tired and didnt even want to complain about this.

This place was rated 8.0 on hotels.com, but that's a total scam. There is NO way ANYONE would rate it above a 2.0 - and that would be generous. The place is so run down and beat up that I don't know where to begin. How about the broken refrigerator on the front porch with the plastic chairs and large wooden cable spool for a table, or the broken down ice machine in the hallway, or the multiple patches in the drywall that hadn't been repainted, or the worn out carpet, or the stains on the comforter and towels. And that description doesn't really do the place justice so, try to imagine the worst possible conditions, and then double that. I was sold and completely misled by the rating on hotels.com, so I will no longer trust the ratings on this site and will only use it to find and compare hotels with other sites.

Just a lot of $ and expected more!

We booked this motel for the Bristol race for just 1 night, we arrived at our room and the cigarette smoke smell was suffocating I called down to the front and asked if we were put in a smoking room to which I was told there were no smoking rooms on property I explained the smell and they sent the cleaning staff up with room spray. Neither of the cleaning staff people that showed up spoke English so when I also asked for clean sheets because there was a black sticky substance all over one of the beds they just stared at me. They then proceeded to spray 2 separate cans of room spray that did nothing but add to the smell of the room. We ended up going to the front desk to ask for the new sheets where the receptionist got an attitude with my husband about the room already being serviced, I then walked up to the desk and she was very polite to me and said they would change the sheets on both beds. Overall was just not a good experience and we will not stay there again.

The staff were kind and willing to help but you had to ask . Ice machines were broken or out of ice on each floor but 2 floor. We had to ask if there were any machines working. There were people smoking weed and cooking out in the back parking lot where we were told to park the first night. The trash can was over flowing by the back door . The Inn needs some TLC. We will not stay there again. The price was triple what it was worth. We were very disappointed.

The diffusers in the hallway didn’t have a pleasant smell. I had to purchase febreeze spray to try and counter act the smell.

Very nice I enjoyed myself.

1. The pics in the ad depicted better environment. We usually stay at the Marriott, but wanted to try something more economical. 2. The employee at the front desk was between cold and rude -not quite either. He also looked like he’d seen better days. 3. We were on the ground floor looking out to the parking lot. The sheers closed all the way, but the actual privacy curtain wasn’t installed or wide enough to cover the whole window. I had to pin them together. 4. There was mold on the ceiling over the shower.

I really like this hotel - the ONLY issue I had was that my key didn't work when I came in late the 2nd night. Had to go to the front desk - thankfully, it was hassle free and she had me fixed in seconds. It's an older hotel but it's so nice and quiet. I feel safe here so I enjoy it and plan on staying here more often.

Our stay was unexpectedly extended so we returned to Bristol Arcadia Inn because our stay the previous night was acceptable. There are no frills at this price point but they were unnecessary for this trip so we didn't miss them. A safe and clean place to stay was all we needed and we received that.

We were coming into town around bedtime and departing early morning so all we needed was a clean, safe place to stay. Bristol Arcadia Inn fit the bill. I felt safe in the area. The room was clean and I was comfortable taking a shower and sleeping in the bed. For the price point, given our short stay, it was all we needed. The staff was kind and friendly.

Unfortunately, this hotel suffers from moisture issues- upon arrival we began feeling sick and got headaches. We attribute that to mold issues. Other people have reviewed this hotel as staff using a strong spray and spraying the halls. I now understand why- they’re trying to mask the air and the mold.

I really enjoy my stays here. The room is always clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and acts like they are glad to see me. I have recommended it to several friends. I come in once a year for a class reunion and this is my home base.

Great place, staff is amazing! Wish I could remember the name of the girl that checked me in, she is awesome! Only issue was bathroom was a little small, orherwise great place.

Room was good. Bed was very stiff but not bad. Whatever they were spraying in the hallway was offensive and not pleasant. Luckily it didn't get in the room. My entire family covered our noses to and from the room.

Reading other reviews I think travelers expect a Hilton Garden Inn, just not going to happen in this price range. The room was clean and didn’t smell moldy, bed was comfortable and shower had hot water. For me, I just need a nights sleep (it was quiet and I didn’t wake) and a decent shower. The night mgr was great, actually seemed interested in my day. Biggest strike against them, ice machine didn’t work and had been taken apart, doubt it sees any service anytime soon (I did not go upstairs to check if they had another one. It was late. For less than $90 it was ok.

Hotel is badly in need of a good cleaning and updating. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, Carpet in the entire room was damp. Broken machinery parts were scattered through out the hall outside of my door. Outside landscaping was extremely unkempt and over grown to the point where my small dog got lost in the high weeds. Front desk staff was repeatedly found outside smoking with a couple of other people.
