The hotel is under complete renovations. Currently not fit for guests with loud drilling banging workmen everywhere and dust and dirt. The room smelled strongly of paint. There are no communal areas and the reception is a makeshift table in a tiny cupboard. No parking facilities. Breakfast was very poor. We feel very angry that Hotels.com are allowing bookings without adequate warning,

A lovely hotel in the suburbs, out of the busy centre of Athens. Rooms have lovely decor, very clean and comfy large beds.
Surrounding location is nice. About a 10/15
Minute walk to the Metro station, then you can be in the centre in about half an hour.
Staff are lovely. Currently a refurb going on to build the swimming pool, but we were only here for one night so that didn’t bother us. Bet it will be lovely once finished! We’d definitely stay again.

Fun place in excellent location... Comfortable rooms wihilst personal touch from art loving owner... Makes it feel like a visit to a private room in 5 Star villa... Will be back!

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the room condition and overall stay was unacceptable, especially for a hotel of that ranking and price. First day at 8am there was nothing for breakfast. The following night the heating broke down and it was freezing in the room, on a day that it was snowing outside. Third day they did not even make the room. I had to ask them to do clean it when I got back to the room at 6pm...

The room was modern and clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant in the hotel is great, so well worth a visit. The hotel is located in a fantastic part of town, making it an ideal location for visiting the north of Athens.

It doesn't have many services as it's a small hotel (21 rooms) but it's new, clean and quiet. The surroundings are nice with plenty of shops and restaurants. Anyway, it's far far from city center. Since no taxi accepts credit cards and I was short on cash, I could charge the taxi trip to my room (very convenient). In terms of running, you have the Alsos Ktimatos Siggrou park nearby; hilly but nice. Average breakfast.

Good hotel, we originally had a room at the front of the hotel but this room had alot of noise from outside, we were quickly and without problem moved to a quiter room at the back of the hotel, Breakfast was good with many choices, nice touches i.e dvd player in room with free dvd library, dressing gown and slippers in room, Nice Toiletries, room service, free wireless internet, friendly helpful staff, good location close to shops and restaurants. Only issue Bathroom has frosted glass door, this was not a problem as you can only see shadows and I was sharing with my partner, but I wouldn't want to share this room with e.g a colleague.
