The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with Lori was easy and pleasant. We enjoyed exploring Dubuque. We were in town to float the Grant River, and this was a great place to stay to do that. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice guesthouses, perfect for for a weekend stay. Loved the extra added touches coffee, snacks and water.

Everything was excellent. Only suggestion would be a second toilet in basement otherwise great house to stay.

This was a very nice house to stay at. Nice quiet neighborhood during the day and at night while sleeping. House was decorated really cute. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen was really nice, just didn't use much since we ate all our meals out. You do have to park on the street and climb up some steps to get into the house but that was fine for us. It may not be for someone older that has trouble with steps. Otherwise, a great place to stay and easy to drive everywhere.

From the moment we stepped inside we were completely impressed! The home was clean and comfortable (even the sofa bed!) The Landscaper came right when we were checking in. He didn't blow any clippings so we felt badly when we kept on dragging leaves, grass, etc. on Saturday. We've already recommended this VRBO to many of our friends!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was well stocked and maintained. Loved the labels on everything which made it easier to find what we were looking for! Easy to communicate with Lori! The house definitely fulfilled our needs as a family of 4. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Dubuque.

Host didn't provide check in information and on our way to the accommodation I reached out to the host for check in information. She told us it wasn't available. Then she wanted us to cancel (which according to the rules comes with no refund). Then she said she would refund us but she wanted us to book another property. I didn't want to cancel and be at the hosts mercy for a refund. We also had nowhere to stay for our weekend that had been planned for over a month. It took a call to VRBO and several hours to get our refund. The experience ruined our trip.

We were delighted with this home. Quiet neighborhood; great location; neat and tidy; refurbished completely with attractive contemporary furnishings; amenities were thoughtfully provided; very comfortable bed.

My mother and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting my sister. Really enjoyed the house. Very clean and well stocked, a lovely little patio in the back yard, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay here…nicely remodeled home with comfortable beds. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable! Everything is just like the pictures…new, clean and functional. We wanted to be in Dyersville but for the 20 minute drive this house was much nicer than anything we saw available there. Lori was great…we didn’t need anything while we were there but she always got right back to me prior to our stay. It rained so we didn’t get to take advantage of the backyard and the grill but it looked like a nice spot for chilling out with a glass of wine.

This rental is extremely clean and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The bath towels are better than any hotel I've stayed at. The bed was a bit firm for me but I own a sleep number. We chatted with the neighbor a bit, she was very friendly and offered us an umbrella. The streets are narrow but managable. Overall, we will be choosing this rental for our next stay!

Lori was great to chat with when praising for our stay. We almost had some extra folks stay with us and she was very understanding and laid out the extra steps clearly.
