A great place!

After a long hot day of sightseeing, the pool was great to cool off in. House is nice but gave up beach day at request of granddaughter to stay and swim.

My family of five loved this place. It's in a great location for visiting everything you want to see in the area. House was clean and well taken care of. We loved the pool and the spa and the yard was great for playing games. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in the area. Also, the owner is great to work with and answered all my questions right away.

We had a super good time at Adriana’s place! She was very responsive to our questions, the home was super cute, the pool was clean and refreshing, the location was central to the attractions we went to and the items and information she provided were awesome and appreciated. Unfortunately, we experienced very slow/glitchy Wi-Fi service on our devices and the smart TVs in the home (we gave up trying to get the main bedroom TV to work properly). The bed set-up didn’t work well for us (specifically the bedroom with the double bed next to the bathroom). Also, we were surprised that we didn’t have access to a washer and dryer – we were told (when we inquired) that they are in the locked garage). With that being said, we had a wonderful stay at Adriana’s place and would highly recommend it, if you’re cool with the items we noted.

Wonderful place! House was really clean, cozy and spacious. The yard was really nice and pool was awesome. Location was also good, 30 mins to Pacific Beach and 25 mins to downtown. Lots of shops close by. Adriana is a great host, very flexible and accommodating. We loved our stay and would love the opportunity to return! 10000% recommended.

The house is sooo beautiful! Everything was clean, well cared for and we felt very much at home here. We were a group of 6. It was very spacious, we had everything we needed and loved the details. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego! This is a gem!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! Even though the weather was pretty cold, my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the jacuzzi. 4 adults and 3 kids fit perfectly without bumping into each other. I would 100% recommend this property. We want to stay again when the weather is warmer!

This was a great place for our family of 5 to stay. 3 teenagers loved the spa. We came down from Canada for my daughters softball tournament and needed something central. Also stayed a few extra days to visit San Diego. Was very easy to get around and lots of everything within minutes. The neighbourhood seemed very friendly and clean. House is very well maintained and you have everything you need for your stay. The only complaint is that the pool is not heated, but that was stated in the ad so not really a justified complaint. We just couldn’t use the pool in February when we were there and we felt it was so nice that it was just a waste to look at it. Lol Adriana was awesome to deal with and we would stay here again for sure if the opportunity arises.
