House was very comfortable for 6 adults, with lots of modern amenities, stocked kitchen and many entertainment options. Convenient location near the mountain resort, numerous hiking trails and even fishing practically off the back porch! Extremely responsive management! Great place to stay!

This house has it all! Great proximity to the slopes, ample sleeping arrangements, large showers, beautiful views, every kitchen utensil you could need, large mud room with plenty of space for everyone’s ski gear. The only thing it didn’t have was a pen and paper for game night, but we managed. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location as we were able to see the fireworks and lantern ski parade from the around the fire on New Year’s Eve! Plenty of linens and the labels on items were perfect. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. All the amenities provided were exceptional. It was a very upscale big house that. And the backyard hot tub with grill fire was cherry in the top.

Overall the house was very nice, well equipped. We wish the screen doors and screens on windows would of been on so we could of enjoyed the fresh area w/o concern critters would get in house. Only issue was the gas grill - it was not in good condition, and there was a grease fire in it because of not being cleaned. The grill should be moved away from house for concerns of fire. The outside furniture chairs did not have cushions , nor table umbrellas, and there was only chairs outside, chaise loungers would have been a nice addition.

Beautiful home in new neighborhood directly across the street from Purgatory. The house has all the necessary amenities with high end kitchen utensils, very comfortable bedding, beautiful views of the mountains. We had one issue with hot water in a shower and maintenance was immediately responsive and fixed the problem (although we are still not sure if it was simply user error on our son’s part!). There is some construction in the neighborhood (as it is very new) but it did not affect our stay at all - we never heard any construction noises. Great access to purgatory; about a 30 min drive into downtown Durango and 50 min to the airport. Highly recommend.

This home is very well-appointed. Each of the three bedrooms has a well-designed in-room bathroom. The great room is spacious, comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. The hot tub works well and is fairly private. The small lake is in your backyard with rental kayaks and paddleboards.

Beautiful location across from Purgatory. Walked over in mornings to use gym. On small lake was nice for fishing and family walks. Good communication.. expected a Little more as far as simple supplies, kitchen goods etc but made do. Beds are very firm!

Beautiful home was very comfortable for our family of 11. Kitchen provided all we needed for in home meal preparation. Complimentary shuttle to Purg was great.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. PERFECT location for Purgatory activities, absolutely loved the house and the entire process was easy. We will be back and we cannot wait!!
