This was a quick weekend trip for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. The home was just right for 2 couples and easy access. The owner was responsive.

We were in town celebrating our friends anniversary. It was a great location, very nice property and in a good neighborhood

Enjoyed the house and the host was very responsive before and during our stay. Love the back yard - so relaxing. Coming back to Arlington later this year and we will check for availability again.

Location is a nice house centrally located near family freindly things to do in both cities. House and pool were wonderful for family time with kids. We enjoyed our stay , checked in and out no problem. The only problem we had with the host was they contacted us the day after we checked out stating that the city sewer had backed up and flooded the house. They accused us of being responsible and started demanding money. When this was refused they became very nasty using name calling and also accusing us of ruining sheets and towels, which just needed to be washed as per the instructions we were given to leave them and the cleaning fee we paid. Basically the host had a problem with the plumbing after we checked out and became quite nasty attempting to lay blame and demand additional money for something that had nothing to do with us. So renter beware

We had a lovley stay and would definitely recommend this property. The beds were comfy, the neighborhood was so quiet and the pool/spa was wonderful to have. Communication with host was easy! We had plenty of paper products and towels. Thanks for a great stay!

House set up is great, cleanliness was awful.

We were coming into town for a family medical emergency. I was coming from Oklahoma. One came from Austin and one from Florida. We needed a place very quickly. The host was super responsive. Check in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable. It was calming sitting by the pool and drinking our morning coffee. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Went to the Detroit vs.Dallas game had a blast than seen Michigan acquire national championship so we had a great stay!!

Property was clean and "as advertised". Checkout time was a little early, 10am. Suggest moving checkout time to at least 11am.

Loved the spa! Master bed was comfy. Only complaint was from our friends that slept in the queen and said it was too hard. But other than that we had a great stay!

Me, my sister, mom and aunt stayed here for a girls weekend! The house was so great!! It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so beautiful and so peaceful. Great location! We were right in the middle of everything so it was easy to get to everything we had planned. House was excellent, beds were so comfy! It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed everything about this house and hope to be back again!!

Overall house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The interior is dated and the television in the master bedroom wouldn’t connect to anything so we were unable to use it but the main one in the living room works fine. Kids enjoyed the pool and games in the garage.

Property was a great location between ft worth, Arlington and dallas. My kids loved having a pool to come back to swim in and house was clean with comfortable beds.

We had such a great time here. The house was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room! Lots of fun stuff to do around the house without a far drive. Will definitely be back if we decide to come back.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. The interior of the house has a lot of room, is comfortable, and very stylish. Having a pool/whirl pool in the backyard was also nice to have. We chilled out, had a lot of fun and slept way more than we probably should have because of the relaxing atmosphere :-) I had a couple questions for the owner of the house who responded quickly and was very helpful! I am highly recommending this home!

We had a great stay here. My kids loved the pool, ping pong and basketball options and the layout of the house was great for families with older kids. Earl was communicative and quick to respond. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

This house was in a very quiet neighborhood and as clean as can be. The heated pool and spa was very relaxing.

My kids and I really enjoyed the short time at this house. It felt like we had a little oasis for the weekend. The owner made us feel very welcomed. If we ever go out that way again, we will look for this place. Thank you for letting us stay!

This home was spacious and centrally located for all our excursions. The backyard was peaceful.

This was everything we needed and the pool/hot tub was fantastic!

Wow! This is not only a gorgeous property, but I feel it has everything you need for a relaxing, yet fun stay. Cabinets full of pots, pans and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils provided to prepare snack. I actually broke a glass the first night I was there , so if you happen to choose this location, and see an odd number of 16oz glasses, that was yours truly. Earl replied quickly, and brushed it off with nothing but kindness! Phew! Plenty of thick towels were provided, not only for showers but also for the Spa/Hot Tub and the pool. We used every bit of them, over and over since we were able to wash them with detergent provided! Soaps too! THAT SWING IN THE BACK! The kids could have spent All day on! Myself included! The Tranquility! If your a book reader, I’d bring a book. Also, the game room, spectacular! How cool is that! The basketball game, full size ping-pong table, a stereo, and a table you can play cards or just hang out at. The first night, we were super exhausted from the drive, and appointments and we’re excited to find out how comfortable the beds were! If you don’t need to book for any reason, book for this! The beds do NOT disappoint! The only bad thing is it is hard to get up in the mornings! Due to doctors appointments we have to travel, and I really hope to stay here again! Thank you Earl for providing such a beautiful beach themed home.

The house was really easy to find and when we got there everything was as advertised. This was a last minute find right before Christmas so that I could treat my little girl and mom to some Christmas festivities in Grapevine. The stay was great and the host was really responsive. I would 100% stay here again. Thanks so much!

This house checks all the boxes. Great central location, well maintained, well-furnished and decorated. Great pool and spa. Beautiful back yard. Quiet neighborhood.
