Great private pool. Neighborhood was a little questionable but no issues. Small problem was handled promptly. Good trip overall.

Clean, beautifully updated home in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. We had a very comfortable stay. Lots of room for 8+ guests.

We LOVE the Green Haus! So fun! Couldn’t have been happier with our experience! Jessica was great and super helpful! Lots of space for our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 teens and 2 10-12 kids.). We were sad to leave!

Jessica was a fabulous host providing very clear instructions to access all the amenities. With 7 adults in our group, there was plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy the property. The property was clean and comfortable. I loved the extra touches such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in both showers. The coffee and tea selection was a definate plus.

This experience was definitely one of the best house rental experiences I have had. Our trip was myself, my wife, our two kids under 5 and my brother and his wife. The house accommodated everyone excellently. Tons of room, well decorated, comfortable and everything you could want in a rental. The pool was great, especially for young kids, and the location, while maybe not in the upper eschelon of neighborhoods, was very close to everything we needed, including the beaches, grocery stores, etc. Absolutely worth it for the money. Jessica, the owner, was tremendously communicative and responsive. The few questions we had were immediately answered. She was friendly and courteous and very professional. It was also one of the few times the cleaning fee has actually been worth it. We hosted friends all weekend, have messy kids, etc. and while we certainly did a bit of picking up at the end of our trip, it was very much a no-fuss leaving experience. Overall, excellent property and we very much look forward to returning next year.

This house was a perfect fit for our group. We had 2 babies and 5 adults and everything we needed the house had. We took full advantage of the pool, the grill, and the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely go again!

Had an amazing weekend with my family and friends! The house was perfect and the pool was big and clean! We loved the outside dinning area for cookouts as well. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay. We loved the cool modern furniture and the outdoor eating space. The host was very quick to respond to us. All in all, we would like to come back.

We had a great time at the Green Haus! We had all generations, from 2 months to late 70s, and it worked well for everyone. There was a real crib (not a pack and play, which we've had a most places) which was really nice, and a lot of other kids/babies items. Jessica was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. She went above and beyond to help us coordinate a delivery before we arrived. And when we had a slight issue with the washing machine, she had it fixed the same day. She was very communicated and made sure we had a great stay. The beds were comfy, the screened in porch was terrific, and it was easy for us to drive to everywhere we wanted to go from there. Overall we really enjoyed the house and definitely recommend!

Property was great and fulfilled all of our needs with four adults.
