I like the view only and the staff are all friendly and helpful

Disappointed when we reach our room because it is too small and uncomfortable well picture lies and the floor has cracked wood it's not well maintained to say. Their resort can do better than this because the place has beautiful views

The information in booking scam me! I choose room with Mountain View but when i arrive they change to other view which the price still same with not Mountain View.. not fair.. the receptionist said they already amend the correction to booking but why not follow up again and again?

One of my worst booking stay in 10 years. This hotel is incredibly old and dirty, I left the place with bed bugs and a lots of bug bites. The hotel is on the road so it is extremely noisy, as if the trucks were driving through your room. The equipments are outdated and really need a refresh. The view from the bar down the hotel is nice. But I absolutely do not recommend this place

well presented, very clean, great view and close to Mount Kinabalu National Park.

the electricity went out a number if times. the Kloud Cafe didn’t open to 10.00 am.

the view is suppose to be great but too bad we went on a misty day so we can’t see mount kk. room considered clean and well done.

the rates doesn’t come with breakfast. it’s kinda expensive RM450/night with no breakfast given. the pillow is extremely high. gave me and my family bad neck pain.

Maintenance is lacking - dont mind faded furniture, but general areas look like they've not been tendered to daily. Room flooring was damp, cold and sticky. ...Even thin dispoable slippers would have been a thoughtful addition, esp as it was so cold. Only piece of bath soap, cheap, low budget toilet paper. According to booking details, we would have an Iron, Blu-ray player, Clothes rack and a Drying rack for clothing - we had one rack - whatever it was - cldnt hang my pants without it sweeping the floor. The shower didnt work well and pressure was intermittent - hard to get temperature right and consistent also. Coffee was provided - but not a sinbgle tea bag? So really downright disappointed with our stay there given I had 2 elderly parents and paid up to get a better room only to be really let down. The rooms were also way to the back of the property - no bell hop around so between my husband and I we had to manage our bags up and down lots of steps across floors that were wet with rain.

We basically like the restaurant, food is great. Location is good and we have enjoyable stay at Mountain Valley.
