They prepared a bed in the dining room so I could spend the night.

When I arrived to the location they told me because of a system issue they had no space in any room. The person in reception didn't speak English so we had to communicate through the phone. After some discussions they prepared a "bed" for me in the dining room. They told me they're aware of the error in the system, the same issue. But instead of messaging the people affected they just wait until you show up to tell you about the situation. Also, I had to argue for another 20 minutes in order for them to not charge me the 100% of the accomodation. I woke up at 5am and unable to sleep again I left the hostel. I give a 3 because at least they prepared something for me, not like with a girl that arrived after me, also with It was freezing cold, noises coming from everywhere and the bed was like sleeping in the floor.

Going to Dalat to play many times and this is the time I feel the most satisfied with the service to save the journey of the trip. Nice view, easy to go frontage, full hot water. In general, it's a compliment See you again if you have a chance.

Room rates in villas are cheaper than rooms of the same quality. We will come back next time Nothing to criticize
