Location close to Strong museum and nice pool for small kids

Room was pricey

Its in a decent location to the Play Museum.

Dirty carpet when we arrived. Shower had terrible terrible water pressure. Oh and someone broke into our car overnight in the hotel parking lot. They didn't steal anything, but it was ransacked and stunk like cigarettes. I don't know if that smell will ever come out. I also heard another guest complain that their carpet was wet and smelled like some dog had an accident on it.

This property surprises! Fantastic location if you are visiting the Strong Museum. The facilities were great and we were able to check-in a bit earlier when we asked as our room was ready. Staff were friendly and the dinner at the onsite restaurant was delicious, especially the lobster roll!

The complementary breakfast is limited and we would rather forgo it.

It is a beautiful hotel… right in the heart of Rochester. Very clean and the staff is polite. The bar staff was excellent and the food was amazing!!! They even have a shuttle bus to take you to any concerts in the area!!! Thumbs up all around!

Overall, great location, room and facilities. We had dinner there and it was good, though there could have been more offerings. Nice dining space and atmosphere, other than the music being too loud. Breakfast was adequate.

Larger dinner menu. I left my iPad in the bathroom and tried to reach someone at the front desk. It was impossible to find a direct number. Once I got back to the hotel, the staff were very helpful.

Location is amazing! Right beside The Strong which is why we traveled to Rochester. Parking is free at The Strong (validated by the hotel). Breakfast spread is really good compared to other hotels we've been in. Super comfy beds and room, it was sparkling clean when we got there. Provided a playpen when I requested at the counter, and it even had a new sanitized playpen cover. Amazing value, service, and amenities.

The restaurant 'Lila's' was too expensive. 75$ for 2 sandwiches with glasses of water. A scam.

Location was right next to The Strong. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. I was really glad they offered decaf coffee.

The pool was too shallow. The pillows were uncomfortable

The location was where I wanted. The food at the restaurant was really good.

The rooms are extremely small, especially for the price. We could hear music playing all night while trying to sleep. When I first went to the restaurant with my 8 year old son the server gave me menus and told me whenever we were ready to order to walk up to the bar. We were the furthest table from the bar. He didn’t even take a drink order. I thought weird for an upscale restaurant but ok. So I did. Then I realized NONE of the other tables that came in went to the bar. Everyone was served like a typical table with service. I guess because I had my (very well behaved quiet) child I did not deserve full service. Thought that was ridiculous.

The hallway was clean, but i'm betting that it's because it's a brand new building. Nothing else stood out to 'like'

Didn't like the staff, there was soda or some orange liquid all over our sink in the bathroom. Around the toilet was gross. For a brand new hotel and building, I was HIGHLY disappointed in the quality of how the room was cleaned.

It seemed new, modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly

I loved the cleanliness of the space and building, I felt safe. The staff was amazing. And the room was so spacious. Not to mention the competitive pricing for the room (especially on the weekend).

I didn't like that I had to leave 😌😌
