Convenient location

I don’t mind pet friendly places, but I do mind a room that smells like dog pee and stepping on damp carpet. Pet friendly rooms just shouldn’t have carpet.

Location and space

The lighting in the room was too harsh. I covered the lights with some bandanas to tone them down. The TV controls were also very annoying.

Liked the location. Ryan at the front desk was as extremely pleasant and tried to accommodate us with your sister hotel because of the pool issue however being Easter weekend the other site was booked as well. But I really appreciated his attempt to help us out and go above and beyond!

It didn’t have a pool. When I book family trips we only stay where there is a pool since we travel with young kids who enjoy swimming. The booking.com app said it had a pool and in room microwave which it did not have either. Had some very upset children since we planned on swimming after check in. It was at front counter that I found out there was no pool as booking app said. Was told by front desk that this was a fault of the app since we were not the first to think this. They said they had reached out to the booking sites to inform them but were still having some that had not changed their information as of yet. I will not use booking.com again I will directly contact the hotels to find out information and book through them directly. This has left a very sour taste for me and my children.

I liked that the staff went the extra mile when the check-in system was down to make sure that people weren't waiting too long to get to their rooms! Quick thinking saved the day and the staff are to be commended!!

Wished we could have stayed longer! Other than that, the toilet was really short lol!!

Nice soft bed and pillows, nice bathroom but,water was mostly cold. Nice size t.v. and sink area. Breakfast was nice however, eggs cold,fix unit that houses the eggs,sausages.

1st room had a panel missing in the ceiling, water didn't drain out of the bathroom tub and small fridge didn't close. I requested another room. 2nd room,electrical socket by mirror/sink couldn't plug-in,my wife couldn't style her hair. A box hung on the clothes rod took up all the space,couldn't hang clothes and fridge was put on the bottom/floor and wife had a problem bending that low and heating system wouldn't turn off. Breakfast was good except the housing unit for eggs,sausage and pancakes didn't work or something because they were cold. The hotel has a lot of little problems that need to be fixed! Only 1 chair in room,need 2. No clock radio,no clock in room. What time is it? No draws to put clothes. No pool!!!

Close location to Nazareth university and some staff really are working hard to do there job

Phone and remote where very dirty and the room was missing furniture that was in the online photos . Free breakfast eggs where in a pan of liquid and probably came out of a milk jug and boiled

But on Saturday was not good. No cream, no muffins or donuts like on Friday. There was a strong pool smell.

Breakfast selections were fine. The room was very clean.

Not many fruit selections and the ones they had were rotten. The rooms and hallways had a strange smell. I will not be staying there again. This hotel needs a complete renovation.

I wasn’t able to get into the pool after 9pm yet the sign indicated it was open until 12am

First of all, we loved the staff who made it feel like you have known them your whole life .... the hotel is clean the rooms are clean and the facilities are great including swimming pool, gym, washing equipment and breakfast. We had a comfortable stay rooms are well equipped with TV, fridge , hot drink maker complementary washing AC and the beds are so nice to sleep in. Our flight was cancelled, and they did everything to get us back in for 1 night without hesitation. If anything, the team was so excited to see us again, which melted the frustration of the cancelled flight. We will definitely be staying again. Had a little issue with the drains ,this was sorted at lighting speed with zero issues. The staff are always happy to help the team are a great asset to the company. Thank you

Toilet! Needed a booster seat to use. Felt like we were in a Grades school for how low the toilet was . 70 yr old and needed to use cane to use🤔

Clean and quiet even on the night they had 2 soccer teams staying there, enjoyed breakfast and staff was excellent, very accommodating

AC unit needs to be cleaned, smells a little and doesn't cool efficiently. I was a maintenance person for years and have rebuilt many of these units so I know what I'm talking about. Room was a little small, to many tables and no chairs ☹️

We (a family of 4) stayed for 1 night. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it.

I have booked the double queen bed room. As we have found this room was not available when we arrived.
