Loved the outside space. Very pretty and tranquil. Surprised by the breakfast supplied in the room. Wasn't expecting it. Simple and tasty. Staff friendly. Room served our purpose of a reasonably priced room for a 1 night stopover.

Bed too soft. Outside light kept coming on. Bathroom felt a bit basic.

This was a cozy property with a lovely surrounding. Staff were very welcoming and the pub was wonderful with great food.

Tidy, clean and reasonably priced.

There was no hot water, the shower didn’t get warm and I couldn’t get the heating on in the room at all. It was freezing! I got back to the room after the pub closed and it wasn’t due to open until checkout the next day. (I didn’t see the laminated paper with the emergency contact details on it, which was under the shelf on the bedside table, until I was packing my bag to leave in the morning.) Also, it’s right next to the road, which isn’t very busy, but it is very loud when traffic goes by.

The location was positioned very well, as i was in the area for work it worked out to be a couple of minutes commute for me.

The ensuite was disappointing, the shower pressure was very poor and the drainage was very bad, i had to use the squeegee provided to stop it going in to the bedroom (a bit of a giveaway now as to why it was there?) The wifi connectivity was not good, i gave up trying to access it.

Staff were welcoming and took time to make sure everything was OK...made sure I got a table in the dining room. Room was nice , quiet and comfortable. Wet room / shower was great.
