The property location is AMAZING!!! The house is not huge but it was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog). We really enjoyed the pool and outside area. We will be staying again!

The house is great. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and great pool. Loved the outdoor space.

The location of this property is amazing. The house itself was very small. Bedrooms were all very small but the bathroom was the smallest room in the house which made things very difficult and there were only two of us in the house… the other bathroom is literally a toilet in a closet. House was somewhat clean. There were a lot of broken blinds on the windows including a set of blinds that just completely fell off the window while we were unpacking in the back bedroom. Great stay for the location. Wouldn’t stay with more than 2 people.

This was a good property for the price and location, it is really as close to the beach as stated.

The house is not newly remodeled the tile is cracked and falling apart in the house the siding is dirty has been clean in years. The house was filthy cleaning crew did a horrible job at cleaning. When we got there it looked like they just changed the sheets. We had the cleaning crew come out and clean and it was better but they wanted to charge us for a deep clean. The one room had blood on the wall. The pool is not oversized like advertised and the ground is not level around the pool. There was dog poop by the pool. The outdoor shower does not work at all. The toilet by the pool is disgusting. I don’t not recommend staying there until it is fixed

We went two days without ac due to ac unit freezing up (filter hasn’t been changed in a very long time - maintenance removed filter and didn’t replace). The cleaning service should be fired - sand and dust all over floors. The bath house couldn’t be used due to storage of chairs/beach umbrella’s (clutter); the bathroom by pool area wasn’t clean (disgusting). Floor tiles and windows were broke; pool ladder was broke (someone could’ve easily cut themselves in them): grass needed to be cut; the bath tub was very disgusting-we only showered (too horrible to sit in tub definitely needs to be replaced). We should’ve received some type of compensation for all the issues we had to endure. The only positive take on this place was the location. We definitely will never stay at this house again. Very dissatisfied.

Great price for the house + amenities. Pool was great, beach was less than a 5 minute walk & the house was spacious. Only thing we wish was different was the living room/kitchen floors were dirty but other than that everything was great. Will be back!
