Enjoyed our stay- perfect location and great space for a larger family

Our stay at Phoenix West was wonderful. The condo was spotless and very beautiful. The ocean view was great off the spacious balcony. The fourth bathroom was a plus! We definitely will be back!

Our host was easy to reach, kind, and efficient. The entire process was handled well at each point from accurate informatuon, selection process and reservation to check out. The condo is lovely. We enjoyed the balcony and the big table in the dining room for card games in the evening after being busy all day. Thank you for a memorable and comfortable vacation.

Family friendly condo

We had the most amazing stay with the prettiest views of the gulf and a very spacious condo that provided plenty of room for our family of 10. The host was great and very attentive. Will definitely stay again!

Everything about this unit was what I expected. The amenities were top of the line. Loved the Ninja coffee maker, the bar ice machine, the bar refrigerator and the washer and dryer. No problems. The owners were always available for any questions or concerns, which were very few. Location was great for dining and shopping. The lazy river, water slide and pool were awesome. Beach, of course, was beautiful. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with a family. We had a family of 10 and it worked out great.

Great stay. Our one issue was resolved promptly by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Totally enjoyed our week at Phoenix West 907. Couldn’t have asked for anything better…clean, equipped, and functional for family with grandchildren. Would love it every year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was very comfortable. Amazing views; loved the lazy river. Patio furniture is very nice and we enjoyed sitting outside when we could. Rooms are very well set up and we liked having a TV in each room. You won't go wrong renting this condo. Only thing we'd recommend would be to have some spare blankets.

We enjoyed our stay here. This unit is set up to accommodate multiple families if needed. The ice machine was really nice to have for drinks and refilling the ice chest for the beach. The owners of the unit were very friendly. We will be return customers.

This unit was outstanding! The cleanliness and furnishings were over the top of any I have ever rented. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook and dine in if desired. The ice maker in the bar area was great and the Margarita Machine was an added delight. Will definitely book this one again!

This condo was perfect for our trip. Check in was easy. Right on the beach so easy access. Pool and Lazy River was great. The balcony of the condo was great in mornings, evenings and throughout day.

Wow! We had the BEST stay at Ryan & Ashley’s beautiful condo! They were so attentive & helpful, I almost felt like we were friends by the end of our 2 week stay, ha! Decor was exactly what we were looking for. We loved that both the 2nd / 3rd bedrooms had double beds so that each of our kids had their own bed. We’ve stayed on much higher floors in the past, but really enjoyed being on the 9th floor this time. Made us feel more like we were right out on the beach from the balcony, but still high enough to be a good distance from the pool area. Perfect! The outdoor furniture was the best we’ve seen: Comfortable & accommodating for watching the beautiful sunsets, early morning coffee time, and even a family dinner or two! The TVs and wifi were seamless (not always the case!). All appliances (coffee machine, crockpot, washer) were really nice quality. Also, about the Phoenix West building. The staff in general were the friendliest, most helpful people throughout our entire 2 week stay. We had Amazon packages delivered and a few things printed at the front desk in the lobby. They were so nice at each interaction. We also saw the residents from the building having sweet gatherings all the time in the lobby whether pot luck, coffee time, book clubs, etc. It was cute, and just showed that the overall feel of the building was friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed at Phoenix West II a few times and it’s definitely a more sterile vibe compared. Based on various places we’ve stayed all along orange beach over the last 8 yrs, Phoenix West & Phoenix West II are best Main differences between Phoenix West & Phoenix West II building layouts would be (aside from this they’re practically the same!): -Phoenix West: the indoor pool area is super clean and we loved how the bathrooms were inside the space with the indoor pool. Perfect for our kids coming and going on their own. At Phoenix West II the bathrooms are outside of the indoor pool area, so when your kid needs to go to the bathroom you have to either leave your other kids by themselves in the pool or take everyone with you around the corner… -Phoenix West: when you walk out of the building on your way to the beach you have to cross the entrance to the parking garage to the outdoor pool area / beach. It’s just the width of a single drive, so not a big deal. However, aesthetically I liked how Phoenix West II opened directly into the outdoor pool area and then the beach. Loved it! Thank you!!

I love that the condo has 4 full bathrooms. There is plenty of seating in the den for movie night. The balcony provides enough room for morning coffee and good conversations. The location is perfect. You are right on the beach and the Lazy River pool is a relaxing way to end the day. Simpson Properties is always a pleasure to work with. Hunter is quick to reply to any questions that I have had.

We enjoyed our stay so much! 4 adults and 6 kids! It would have been nice to have a few more extra supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher liquid, and detergent, but overall the place was very clean and perfect size for our group.

Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, we like to cook meals in and also enjoyed the grills provided near the pool area. We enjoyed the 4th bathroom, the condo was very roomy for our family of 10. The 9th floor location makes it a bit easier because we parked on the eighth floor of the parking deck (highest level) and just used the stairs walking down one floor in order to avoid the elevator. One elevator was out our entire stay so there was a longer wait but it really wasn’t bad. The Simpson Properties we rented from was very responsive and we really had a seamless rental experience, would definitely recommend them. Amenities are very nice and well maintained. Beach was very crowded but the beach chair rental company was very accommodating. This was our first stay in Orange Beach and it was a very pleasant experience.

The guestrooms were rather small. We had an issue with carpet tacks that punctured our feet. However the management was very responsive and corrected the situation. The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable. Lots of buffering. From my research we could have stayed in a comparable condo for one week for about $2000 less.

Property amenities were great! Property management not helpful. Called to check on specific items as crockpot & blender. I was told yes to blender & no crockpot, only to arrive & discover 2 crockpots and a Margarita machine-Bonus. Only complaint condo says sleeps 12 but only had 10 plates & 8 forks? Loved the balcony furniture!

We always stay at Phx west each year. This year there were a lot of unruly teenagers and young adults making lots of noise on our floor. We had to reach out to the rental agency twice. Not impressed by their response. At the condo there is a outlet cover taped to the wall that needs to be replaced. Several other minor things were no hand towel holders in any of the bathrooms, light out in one bathroom. Don’t think we will be back
