The communication from the Agents was very fast but that was the only good aspect of the stay. The apartment was very old and the furniture older. There was an old settee and holdall on one of the terraces, it was impossible to sit outside & it was dirty. My Computer screen was bigger than the TV. The bed must have been an antique and was very uncomfortable. There wasn't one glass in the cupboard and one small saucepan and frying pan, insufficient for 4 people. The list of rules and regulations were like War and Peace, I thought that I was going to stay in a Palace not an old unloved unwelcoming dark dreary apartment. I would never stay again and would not recommend to anyone else

The bedroom cabinets don't close, the table and chair in the kitchen are broken, the freezer leaks, and tubs needed to be repaired during our stay. Kitchen is not fully furnished (bring your own baker ware, silverware, mixing bowls, etc.) and amenities not provided (one roll of tp, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one dishwasher pod for a 10-day reservation. Nothing else). Inner apartment hazards such as missing carpet with nails sticking up and taped over ceiling sprinklers. Rust in washing machine and dirty floors - keep your shoes on if you don't want black feet. Only carpet nails and tub were resolved during our stay, and we had to leave the apartment for it to get repaired. Management kept changing our parking spot and had poor communication.

We booked numbers of houses from VRBO on different locations, But this experience is worst among all from owner side. initially he was playing scavengers hunt with us to give community door code and house door code. House just had basic or i will say retired furniture or it all about to throw type furniture. TV was just a desktop screen. All the utensils are also in very bad condition. i cant upload pictures otherwise you all can see, bathroom doesn't have floor mats, very old and used towels, No games or toys in the house for kids, Literally Nothing!! The keycard for swimming pool didn't worked. He didn't provided detergent for clothes. Overall the house is just empty with basic minimal stuff. After all when we checked out owner asked us to give him 5 star rating. Salute to him.

As my family was driving to the property (6 hour drive) I was notified our reservation was cancelled. We were left stranded. I had to find a hotel and then spent the first 3 days of our trip trying to find a long term solution with VRBO. David (the property manager), tried cancelling the reservation earlier in the week, but backtracked after I questioned him. Then he waited until my card was charged and officially cancelled the reservation on the day of my check-in. Since it took a week for the refund to come through on my credit card, charging a new reservation was in jeopardy. Something was shady.

Amazing stay, the host made sure everything was fine.

Very good furnished, had all amenities we needed. Great for longer stay.

Spacious property great for longer stays, complex is well maintained and has many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas. Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear. Would stay again for sure!
