very nice cabin, great location lovely property

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Trace. Well-equipped kitchen! Enjoyed the outdoor area. Close to shopping and snow activities. It is a pet-friendly cabin so unfortunately, there was lots of black dog hair in the room and bathroom next to the kitchen. Other than that it was great!

We loved the home and all its amenities. We relaxed at the house and also loved how convenient it was to get to various activities. We hope to come back again soon.

When you arrive you know your in the mountains and the whole family was excited about the true cabin cozy feel. Other Cabins around but plenty of space to feel like your alone in this wonderful community. Hot tub was a hit every night, Owner supplied plenty of fire wood, Kitchen was well stocked, Plenty of space to spread out, close enough to Skiing about 30 mins but far enough away to feel like your in the mountains away from the crowds. Family insisting on a return next year. Thanks for sharing your wonderful cabin!!!

We have stayed in many of their cabins over the years and have enjoyed them all. We will for sure be using them again.

Close to everything yet far enough away to be secluded!

There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded.PROS: The cabin was well-equipped, comfortable, and excellent value for the price. The outdoor living areas like the hot tub and fire pit really added to the experience in a positive way. There are multiple gathering areas, so not everyone has to congregate together. The views are wonderful, and the porch offers great serenity in the early morning hours. Animals are plentiful. We saw deer in the yard every day, several snakes, lots of rabbits, a large bobcat and even the neighborhood donkey that wanders around. There is a large amount of firewood available, so there was no need to buy our own. The pond in the neighborhood actually has fish and we very easily caught Bluegill using live mealworms from the sporting goods department at Walmart. CONS: The foldout couch in the loft area was not serviced prior to our arrival. When we opened it up, there were candy wrappers, bits of food and a large kitchen spoon folded away in it. Also, the mattress is just shot. It really needs replacement. We went to Walmart and just bought an inflatable bed instead. The description from the management company says, "new owners, new furnishings". In reality, the change in ownership was six years ago and there is a need for some refreshing. While the cabin is generally in good condition, it is a bit dated but not more than most cabins, I guess. The kitchenware could use some updating and the cabinets themselves could use a deep cleaning; the back side of drawer fronts were sticky in some areas, etc. There was a crate full of DVDs available in the main living room, but no DVD player that we could find. Don't let those few cons deter you from staying at Eagle Trace. This was a nice cabin and we had so much fun. We wouldn't think twice about renting again when we have a
