overall experience of the stay for the 5 nights is very poor. I start with the booking of the hotel from Australia. After booking the sabana hotel I have never received a confirmation email or welcome email from the hotel. when I Checked into the hotel the staff at the reception is not very friendly, no smile or greetings to the customer. Many of them barely speak and understand English. Never Offered a welcome drink. worse welcome I have ever received in a Asian country. when I book the hotel the photos of the hotel is looks like a quite new hotel. but the reality is the op-posit. Old hotel with a small pools. The room I had to stay is even very old with the very strong strange mold smell. I left the window open for the whole day but the smell still the same. there was no hot water to my room. I was report it to the front desk and they have sent someone, he couldn't fix it. that hot water unit is very old and has to replace. I had to shower cold water to entire 5 days. The Front desk didn't even follow up with me regarding that. Bathroom floor collecting the water in a minute of shower. not draining properly. The Tables in the room are has stain marks as well. Old air con unit doesn't has a remote, every time you have to go to the wall switch to adjust it or to turn on or off. very disappointed I will never stay in sabana group hotels again.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located to many places. Great bargain for a great location

This is an older hotel but a good choice. The housekeeper was very helpful and cleaned the room everyday. Breakfast is an additional 250 Baht. I did not try it. The hotel is a short walk to busy areas. Car parking is easy. The front desk and bellman were very helpful also.

Internet connectivity was lost changing floors, terrible reconnection worse at night & even returning to hotel. Had to buy a Thai SIM card

I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone. The staff was very accommodating. The accommodations were clean.

Staff are very helpful.All good for location, facilities and cost. Only one thing the room key is not a card, it was inconvenient. However I still recommend to choose this hotel!

The Staff was so incredibly attentive. The second I would leave the room they cleaning stuff would come to the room to clean. The property is very well maintained. Would definitely come back..❤️

Great stay, beautiful hotel

It seems a small Hotel when I enter the main entrance, however after I stayed inside, I found this Hotel is with 2 amasing Swimming Pool. It is worth for the price. Especially the location is also very good. You can easily go to Termianl 21 by Walk. I will stay here again next time. However the Room facitily is a little old, this is the only one I can not be satisified, however considinging the price, I can acceopt it.

The hotel is of an excellent standard with perfectly maintained, air-conditioned rooms. There is a swimming pool and dining areas, as well as a large parking lot with 24-hour security. The hotel is located on a street perpendicular to the sea, running along Pattaya Beach. It is also situated right next to Soho Town and the Marina. As the area is lively at night with concerts, if you are sensitive to noise, request a room on the quieter side.

Beds are very hard, no ironing, and no hot water.
