Positive: Fountain Hills is a nice quiet town. The condo location is convenient. The condo was clean.

When we arrived we couldn't get in because we had been given the wrong lock box code. It was cold outside and AFTER I ASKED FOR THE CODE TO THE THERMOSTAT, I found that the MAXIMUM setting was 62 deg. Took hours to fix and was not sure that we had control of the setting as owner could see and control the settings. It was impossible to get the downstairs warmed up. My wife watched TV in sweater and blanket ! There was NO patio furniture available.
