The location, exceptional. The apartment was clean. It also provides a parking space for your car. Best thing? it's cheap. It's very cheap. It's worth your money, I assure you.

The price tag you see doesn't include the cleaning fee, so the price you see is not the final price tag. (Mine was charged RM 35 for cleaning fee) Doesn't include drinkable water and toiletries. (But it does provide towel s)

Good view.

It’s not very clean. The floor was sticky as too much detergent was used to mop the floor. Throughout the stay, I saw a few cockroaches coming out from under the bed and sofa.

Room has a reasonably nice view. The bed was comfortable and clean. AC worked.

Check in process was a faff. It was difficult to check in after-hours. Bathroom was falling apart, broken shower handle and soap holder. No hot water during my stay. Pool closes at 8PM on Fridays which was the main draw card for me.

Only have 1 plug point

The place offers comfort and boasts excellent facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, gym room and etc., all of which are well-maintained and impeccably clean. Its strategic location eliminates concerns about dining options, as numerous restaurants are within walking distance, including the well-known Suukee Satay and Capitol Satay Restaurant. It's an ideal destination for unwinding and rejuvenating the mind.

Having a washing machine would enhance the experience for those staying longer. There is no water filter available for boiling water; it comes directly from the tap.

The swimming pool.

The cleanliness. The management that is taking care of the property did not supervise the cleaning work done by the cleaning contractor. The cleaning contractor are just doing a bare minimum and the condition of the house was dirty.
